Just returned from another fantastic and relaxing holiday at Somerset Lodge. The lodge was spacious (5 people and 2 newfies), clean and comfortable.
Grandson (4 yrs) loved exploring the woods and the playground. We used the lodge to explore the wonderful Yorkshire countryside and then treated ourselves to time in the hot tub on our return.

We could not fault anything, from the welcome to the accommodation. Will was very helpful and attentive. The hot tub was lovely and ready to use as soon as we arrived. All beds comfortable and clean. A lovely quiet retreat with village shop and pubs a short 5min drive away. Kiplin Hall 8min walk from the holiday park and worth a visit.

Just returned from a lovely stay in the Durham Lodge! The lodge was spacious, clean and had everything you needed even the added bonus of tea coffee and sugar!

One thing we’d suggest would be black out blinds in the bedrooms especially for people with children during the lighter nights

We used the lodge as a base to stay and enjoy family days out around the area. We visited Monk Park Farm, Lightwater Valley and also went swimming at the Dolphin Centre in Darlington. Once we were back at the lodge and our daughter was in bed, we enjoyed unwinding in the hot tub and watching the squirrels explore the trees close by.

We’ve already said we’d love to return in the future so see you next time and thank you for a lovely stay 🙂

Fantastic weekend stay in the Lancashire Lodge, all enclosed wrap around decking so didn’t have to worry about my dog going walkies on his own - Hot tub was maintained brilliantly by staff and the lodge itself was very well equipped and soo clean! Thanks for a lovely relaxing stay and we will most certainly be back. Dog treats & blankets are a lovely touch 🥰

Lovely place. Lodge was large and spacious, we stayed in Essex and there was 5 of us. Nice little extras, tea/coffee/sugar, plenty toilet rolls, washing up liquid, handwash in bathrooms. Lodge was clean and tidy.
Central area for the kids, they can be seen from the lodge, swings, net for games such as badminton, goal posts.
Our electric tripped on the last morning and I rang the number and a man came within minutes to sort out for us. Very pleasant chatty owner. We would all recommend coming here.
I did have a concern before arriving, with the lodge allowing dogs and if it would set my mum’s allergies off but it didn’t and thqre was no smell of dogs or pets hairs!!

This is our second time working with Kiplin Eco-Lodges for our student group--12 college-age students and four staff members. We has excellent care and service. The hot tubs were a major plus after long days of hiking! Definitely recommend for international student groups.

Lovely stay with friends in Cumbria Lodge ,
Peaceful and tranquil. Hot tub a bonus . Kiplin hall 5 minutes walk away was good and interesting especially the walk around the gardens . Some nice pubs and cafes not too far away , on a bus route to Northallerton and Richmond .
Will was attentive to our needs .

Just back from a 2 night stay at Kiplin Lodge, and it's been absolutely fantastic. The lodge was huge and looked like new. It was very clean, and the location was lovely. I can't fault a thing about it, it was outstanding and such a bargain. Thanks so much for having us, we will definitely be back!!
