We only stayed one night but what a lovely and well located B and B this was for our stay! The house was easy to find and just up the road from the train station. The owner, Robert, was kind and accommodating, he definitely wanted to make our stay the best it could be! We were able to walk the riverside, castle grounds, market place in one day and enjoy dinner and a coffee! The breakfast we had was fabulous! We will absolutely stay here again!

A big thank you to Karen and the team. Super hosts and such lovely people.
Karen, just wanted to tell you that your kindness and hospitality was amazing. As a result, I have got to say that this was one of the best guesthouse stays we have had. The room was specious and well appointed, the bed was as comfortable as anything I have slept in. The furniture was of good quality and the bathroom was good too. Oh, and spotless!
The breakfast was so good and the little courtyard was beautiful.
Located on a quiet street but literally 50m from the shops, bars and restaurants and about 100m from the railway station.
Just a simply beautiful guesthouse run by beautiful people and thank you for our cards, so thoughtful.
We will be back and we will be recommending to others

What a lovely bed and breakfast ! A great location minutes from the town centre. Although there is no parking places allocated you can unload and load your cases right outside. As we were staying for 2 nights we parked in the long stay car park which is about 8 mins walk away at a cost £1.90 for 24 hours. We were given a very warm welcome by Karen on arrival and shown to our room. Our room was very comfy and spotlessly clean with absolutely everything you could possibly need for your stay. There was tea and coffee in the room with little extra's like chocolate, sweets, biscuits etc, which were a treat and a very thoughtful touch. You are asked to choose a time for breakfast and pre-order the day before which was a great idea. This ensuring your breakfast was served piping hot and it was absolutely delicious. Karen and Rob are wonderful friendly and accommodating hosts who offer a fantastic B & B experience. Would definitely stay again! ||.

We have just returned home from a really lovely weekend away in Knaresborough. |We stayed in this property for two nights and it was perfect in every way. The hosts were amazing, with great communication before arrival, and also with their hospitality and friendliness throughout our stay. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and the breakfasts were first class. |This will definitely be the first place we look to stay at on any future returns to Knaresborough.

Stayed here last night and every thing is as it says, superb location and unbelievably quiet, room was immaculate, and some lovely little touches like 2 bars of diary milk and a 2 humbugs along with tea, coffee and biscuits. The owners were very friendly and polite. The breakfast was very tasty and plentiful. Alround we had a excellent stay and will definitely be going back ?

The B&B was perfect in every way.. Conveniently located near the train station and close to all the attractions. The superior double room was very modern and the hospitality tray had biscuits, chocolate and sweets that went down a treat. The cooked breakfast was amazing and catered for vegetarians. Karen and Rob are very approachable and on hand to provide suggestions. The room was services each day with fresh milk and water left in a fridge for all each room. We would definitely stay here again.||We ate at the Marigold Cafe, Two Brothers Grill and Pizzeria, and Drake Fish & Chips. We are also had drinks at The Worlds End and Six Poor Folk. There were lots of places we didn’t manage to eat or drink so we will definitely have to visit again!

Visited Knaresborough for the first time with my partner for my birthday, and Karen and Bob were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble, the service was the best.
We stayed in the small double room and it was perfect for us. Really clean and plenty of complimentary drinks and fresh milk provided in your own mini fridge.

The breakfast was lovely, and they made the best cups of tea and prepared everything to our liking. Definitely recommend staying here if you're planning on visiting Knaresborough.

Great location just minutes from the station and right in the heart of Knaresborough. Karen and Rob are warm and welcoming and deliver an excellent breakfast! My room was spotless and with all the extras I like such as great lighting, comfy bed, proper hangers, iron and board and a really decent tea and coffee tray with fresh milk and treats. The bathroom is well equipped too. These hosts know what guests need. Will definitely return with my husband if we decide Knaresborough is where we should retire!
