This was the first B&B that I stayed in during my trip to Scotland during September 2023, and was one of the best! A great location easy walking distance over the river into the city and into the parkland up behind the property. Extremely helpful hosts on the local area and further afield, very comfortable room. A great stay, would love to come back and stay again. Thank you.

Fantastic B&B with lovely hosts and a warm welcome. Amazing modern house with huge bedrooms and lovely bathrooms. Couldn't have been a more comfortable stay. Fabulous breakfast too. Highly recommended B&B if you are in Perth. Would definitely stay there again.

Really lovely Bed and Breakfast with an especially excellent breakfast. Host's were extremely welcoming. Room was warm, comfy with space to relax and a lovely modern bathroom. All very clean. Good selection of hot drinks. Would recommend the black pudding as part of whatever you choose for breakfast although pancakes with bacon were also good. Less than 10minutes walk into town and with the lovely gardens along the river only a minute away.

An exceptional B&B. The hosts were very welcoming. The accommodation overall was 5 star quality. The breakfast delicious. Perth centre a 10 min walk. As good as it gets in our opinion. Highly recommend. We will definitely return if in the area again.

An exceptional Bed and Breakfast in a perfect location in Perth. Easy walk into town with lots of good restaurants to choose from. A lot of thought has gone into making the spacious rooms very comfortable, armchairs to relax in, a king size comfy bed and fridge. The en-suite is also large with an excellent shower.Nothing was too much trouble for Anne and David and the great breakfasts will certainly set anyone up for the day. A very enjoyable holiday which we will definitely repeat. Highly recommend.

A joy of a B&B. Greeted by our superb host Anne who welcomed us into her beautiful home and showed us to an immaculate room. Everything in the premises was spotlessly clean and welcoming. Marvellous hosts Anne & David treated us to a wonderful breakfast, nothing appeared to be too much trouble for them. Unfortunately only stayed the one night, but would recommend anyone to be treated to this sumptious B&B. thank you for a wonderful experience.

Fabulous, one of the best B&Bs we have stayed in. Anne’s helpful communication before our arrival, David’s top travel tips and the spacious, spotless, stylish comfortable large room far exceeded our expectations. What a warm and friendly place to stay, we loved it!

We stayed with Annie and David for one evening, whilst attending a family wedding at a nearby venue. Our hosts could not have been kinder or more helpful. Our rooms were very spacious, exceedingly clean and well appointed. We were offered a wide range of breakfast fare to choose from, which suited our family perfectly - fussy teenagers and two vegetarians ! We enjoyed our incredibly tasty breakfasts, whilst looking out over Annie and David’s mature garden grounds, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend.
