Terrible, seriously use someone else. The aftercare here is non existent, I have tried tirelessly to contact Kirsty to book a follow up appointment to have a treatment finished. Messages and calls are ignored and then on a separate occasion an appointment was finally booked in and Kirsty didn’t turn up. I spent an hour in her building waiting for her. I have paid in full for a treatment I am clearly not going to receive. Spend your money with a reliable person!
