What a fabulous B&B - the staff work their fingers to the bone to make everything perfect, and it shows! There isn’t anything they wouldn’t do! ||The lady who serves breakfast every morning is super friendly! Please don’t miss the fresh Scones! They are to die for! ||The food is outstanding (be sure to book your evening meals early in the morning) ||The rooms are comfy & clean. They have everything you need for a long weekend away. ||We stayed in the Motel, we had our own little patio. Two rooms together, It was like a home from home! A few drinks in the sun late afternoon after a long day waking. It was just ideal. ||The bar and restaurant is so inviting! So relaxing, a few beers at the bar and a good chat with family. I cannot fault this one bit!||One main part of this hotel has to be the staff! The lady who makes up the rooms was so kind and came over to make sure everything was to our liking! ||The lady at the bar was so kind and funny. Telling us lots of tales about her time as a teacher! ||Malcom’s friendly morning welcome through the restaurant wishing us all a good day. ||From the minute we walked in we got a perfect feel good welcome. ||Thanks to the whole team for making every inch of this stay perfect! ||We had a smashing time! Thank you!

We had a lovely seaview balcony room with lovely views of the beach front, the position of the hotel is great as its a 15 minute walk from the main area of Yarmouth so very quiet but you have the more lively areas on your doorstep. The staff we met we a credit to the hotel warm and welcoming and just lovely. There is a small bar and pretty outdoor patio area, and the breakfast was fantastic, fresh fruit, scones and muffins, and a good choice of hot options what more could you want !.

3rd visit, usually go 'safe' with a chain but discovered this place just over a year ago. It's not far from home for us but near the sea. This 3rd visit was our 25th wedding anniversary and it didn't disappoint. Each room is individually decorated and themed, this is a credit to the owners who clearly have thought each room out. This oriental room may be our favourite so far, sea view with a little balcony. I need not talk about the breakfast as its awesome although today I didn't go for full English but an omelette...best I've ever had!! Everyone talks to you, reception staff, owners, cleaners, chef..just a great experience. Thanks again, see you soon❤️

We returned yesterday after a wonderful stay at Knights Court Hotel. Malcolm, James and all the staff made us very welcome. We had a motel room, with its little terrace to sit outside of the room was very relaxing. The room was comfortable and it had everything you could wish for, for comfort. The housekeeper always made sure we had everything we wanted every morning, everyone was so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast on Easter Sunday Morning, everyone was given a cream egg on on their place setting, just those extra little touches go a long way.😁
Located on the Sea front, everything was close by.
Thank you once again to Malcolm & James for your wonderful hospitality. We will definitely be back.

Had to find a hotel for one night last minute due to a problem with our holiday apartment, found knights court hotel and could not have been happier. The room was lovely ,nice bar, breakfast was all table service really nice . All the staff were really friendly and a really pretty seating area outside. Would definitely recommend.

Another amazing stay at Knights Court hotel. Every single member of staff are enormously helpful and can't do enough for you. The rooms are incredibly comfortable and the food second to none with an impressive spread at breakfast including home made muffins! Dinner is equally fabulous and you will never leave hungry. There is such a great atmosphere in the hotel and we look forward to our next stay in a few weeks time as we are returning guests for over 9 years now. Thank you again. Regards, Barry and family.

We are regulars here and always a get warm welcome from everybody especially Amanda. Rooms are individual, quirky and eclectic which we love. Parking too and a great seafront location. Breakfast is five star, fruit, freshly baked muffins and scones as standard plus a good “hot” breakfast menu on top too. Delicious coffee and juice aswell. We have stayed in the main hotel and the motel style rooms too, both are comfortable and have good facilities too. Evening meals are great value and a well stocked bar is handy too for some drinks if you didn’t want to leave the hotel and drink in town. Already planning our next stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💕

We stayed here for two nights when visiting for a music festival. All we can say is 11/10!! We stayed in room 24 - a beautiful'y decorated room with double aspect. After a long drive, we had a snooze and the sun came in and warmed the room - it was perfect. Hot shower, great room facilities, a 'normal' old fashioned window to open to get air whilst we slept etc! The hotel was quirky, full of trinkets and interesting objects to look at. We felt so at home, like staying at a family home. The food was amazing - local items for breakfast with the staff coming and offering home baked scones, toast, fresh fruit etc. The staff were warm and chatty, gave great advise about the area and it was a reallly friendly family vibe. Also great free parking, secure reception and quiet street - A++
We can't fault Knights Court at all - we are coming back to Yarmouth regularly and we will never stay anywhere else (as long as they will have room for us! Amazing place - we loved it!
