Sevenoaks is a lovely place to visit and central to so many historical adventures. My four year old son and I stayed at the Knole BnB for a week, visiting family and friends in the area. We couldn’t haven’t felt more comfortable. Ian and Sarah took such great care of us! Not having to go into town for breakfast was such a nice treat when traveling with a little one. He loved looking for Sarah and Ian when we “came home” after a day of adventuring. We slept so comfortable and the en-suite bathroom is very nice. We suggest the Superior King room for all the space we needed, for two of us. There are more rooms to book if you travel with a larger group.

We hope to come back and visit again! Such a wonderful time!

Highly recommend Knole BnB!

We had a two night stay in this b and b as we visited nearby NT properties. The breakfast was super and set us up for the day. Our room had everything we needed, it was beautifully clean and had a very comfortable bed. Would highly recommend. Thank you Sarah and Ian for a lovely stay.

My bridal party and I stayed at Knole B&B for two nights before and after my wedding - and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Sarah and Ian had excellent hospitality and went out their way to check we were okay with everything, and provided a lovely continental breakfast. The rooms were spacious and well-kept. It was a delight to stay in their B&B and would definitely recommend.

We returned home to Cumbria yesterday after another wonderful stay, this time for 4 nights. Sara and Ian made us feel really welcome and are such perfect hosts. I was born and brought up in Kent so love revisiting and we think we’ve found the perfect spot. Nothing is too much trouble, everywhere is spotless, breakfast is a delight with a cold platter, cereal, juice, yogurt with fresh fruit, bread to toast as you like it, tea/coffee etc. The downstairs bedroom is so handy with comfortable beds and plenty of room. ||Thank you so much Sara and Ian, we hope to be able to return next year. If only we weren’t quite so far away as we’d be back much sooner 😊 ||Shirley and Steve x

On our trip home from Wales we spent two nights in that B&B. The en-suite room was spacious and modern furnished.|Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really delicious with fresh fruit and very good cooked food. Parking spaces available on site. Within walking distance there is a very good restaurant which serves food all day. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a very comfortable and enjoyable 2 night stay at the Knole B&B. Our room was quiet, overlooking the back garden, and very well equipped. Excellent cleanliness.
My husband was looking forward to a " fry up " for breakfast, but Sarah provides a very healthy breakfast menu and tried to convert him to granary bread!!

Just had another great stay at Knole B and B . We love staying here when we come to visit our son who lives locally. It feels like a real treat .... spotless, , welcoming, really comfortable, great attention to detail, wonderful breakfast... Ian and Sarah are the perfect hosts: friendly, helpful, interesting and completely unpretentious ... Sarah was away this week , and Ian did a great Job! A full house this morning, and the poached eggs were perfect ! Hope to be back soon .

Knole B&B is the first Family B&B I experienced in UK and it is a wonderful start. We stayed two nights here and we are travelling with our 2-yr-old daughter. We are all pleased with this stay. We were offered tea at arrival and made to feel like home.||||Breakfast were fresh cooked and served in hot in the morning and our hostess Sarah would always come over to talk with us and speek to our little one. Our daughter likes her. There was plenty to eat and drink.||||The room is clean and comfortable. it is also very quite during the night. We relax and enjoy it so much.||||The location of this B&B is great as well. It is so close to Knole House, Chartwell and Ightham Mote. There is a pub called the White Hart just 5mins walk.
