Knowle Grange is a pure gem. Everything is first class about this spa , but with that special attention to detail with a personal service.
The therapists are simply the best around. The food is delicious. The venue is so peaceful.
This is definitely a peace of heaven in Kent.

Mum and I were made to feel welcome from the moment we stepped inside reception. The staff were all warm and attentive so we were delighted from the word ‘go’. My massage and facial were each wonderful experiences in their own right, but the two together makes one feeling very Zen-like! Many thanks to all the staff at Knowle Grange, we will definitely be coming back, particularly with the 20% Tuesday, which I would recommend.

Tried numerous times to join the gym here. Not interested in the ‘Day Spa’, which seems to be the bulk of their business. They make becoming a member very difficult indeed (no response to emails, alleged long waiting list etc). It really shouldn’t be.

Rude, unfriendly and unprofessional reception staff who can’t be bothered with gym members. This attitude should come as no surprise if you have the misfortune of dealing with the owner who has no idea about customer service and acts like she is doing you a favour. A very expensive club and even as a full member you are charged for classes😏. No one in the gym or cafe on the numerous occasions I have been there to be mucked about by staff, which tells you all you need to know really. Bring back the previous owner who wasn’t motivated by money but genuinely interested in health and wellbeing and her members.

Go elsewhere and save your money 🙏🏻

We’ve just had a wonderful ‘spa day’ at Knowle Grange. It was the most beautiful location, buildings and gardens. As well as enjoying the swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi we had 6 treatments between us and they were all first class and the therapists were exceptionally good. The staff were all professional and so caring. Everything was scrupulously clean. Couldn’t fault the day and would recommend Knowle Grange hundred percent. It was so good I booked my next session before I left.

Best spa in the Tunbridge wells/east Sussex area! Food is incredible, the customer service is some of the best I've ever experienced in a spa/beauty manner and overall SO good value for money. Jess especially goes above and beyond for her clients and I would recommend her to anyone! I'll be back again and again!
