I absolutely love Koa! Me and my Mum have had various treatments there now, and every time we love the experience we have. All the staff are friendly and welcoming, and put you at any ease if you are nervous! I would not go anywhere else for my nails, lashes and tan etc! They do such a good job and would recommend to anyone wanting to pamper themselves. Plus Priscilla the dog is adorable! Xx

Nicole goes above and beyond. She is one of the nicest lady’s I’ve ever met. Her passion for what she does really shines through and you leave her salon feeling great. Great products used and affordable. Some of the nail art I see on her Facebook is beautiful. Clean and tidy salon. Does help that the salon has a super cute salon dog too xx

I tried KOA beauty lounge after reading good reviews and wasn't disappointed. On arrival to my first appointment I felt relaxed and enjoyed the calm environment. My manicure and gel nails were fabulous! A huge range of colours and they lasted, I had lots of compliments from my friends. I am now a repeating customer and I can't wait to treat myself to some 'me time' again soon. Try it you won't be disappointed.

I absolutely love going to KOA to get my nails done! Great colour selection and the ambiance is great! I have been taking my mum to get her nails done too and she’s absolutely hooked and goes there all the time. The team are great and the business itself is such a great asset to the area!

Koa is a lovely local but professional salon. Nicole and all the girls are fabulous. The best pedicure around and Jess has healing hands and is the best massage therapist I’ve ever been too. Shes magic! It’s always a delight visiting.

Highly recommend Koa beauty lounge- fabulous therapists, amazing range of beauty treatments on offer, professional, friendly, great communication and always happy with the service I receive! I have been having my treatments at Koa for many years now and see the same beauty therapist every time. When she left a different salon…I followed!!
You are welcomed with a friendly smile and greeting from each lady on your arrival.

I have a great rapport with my lady. I look forward to my appointments each time and come away happy with what has been done.
She provides a very professional service with great value for money.

I feel at ease each time, relaxed and come away happy with what has been done every time. The surroundings are relaxing and comfortable.
Overall, an amazing find. value for money, a professional service delivered by one and all. With an added bonus of always free parking available, with no fighting for spaces in a busy town centre! Priceless!
