One of the best massages I have had to date! I was debating between a few places to go but the photos of Kohler looked amazing and guess what? It was! I booked the golfers massage online and I actually had to change the day which they were incredibly nice and flexible about. I even received a slight refund when I switched days.
I arrived about 20 minutes before my massage, received a short tour and was told I could use the steam room or showers beforehand. I hadn’t packed a swimsuit with me so wasn’t able to use the pool but did take a peak in the area and it looked amazing. The locker rooms are modern and clean, there’s a robe and slippers in your locker. Love a good robe moment. I sipped on lemon water while I waited for my masseuse in their waiting area. When I went back for my massage she gave me the low down, we talked pressure and I explained that I have some shoulder mobility issues is one arm which she was very attentive to. I really can’t say enough about how great this massage was. She also gave me some advice for my stuff shoulder afterwards. Then I went to a relaxation room to drink more water, did a quick steam and shower and was on my way!

Me and my sister had an amazing spa day today followed but a very tasty healthy lunch. Just what you want after using the facilities. We loved the new foam bath feature in the lady’s changing room, a very exciting new touch!
The Dyson hair dryer and straighteners were also a fantastic new addition. We both felt like we had left a hair salon!! 5* as always, thank you to the spa team, Lisa x

My daughter & i were here 2day for my birthday / early retirement ,it was amazing from start 2 finish ,the ladies that done our massages / facials were so good ,our lunch was so luvly ,we fancied dessert & they went out of there way 2 get us choc brownies so so good , hopefully have another daughter & mother day very soon 🙂

We went for a spa day including 1 course lunch and a 25min massage & 25min facial.
The welcome to the spa and introduction was great, changing facilities are clean and lovely. The shoreline was having some work done - other than in the cafe and in the changing rooms however you could not hear the noise when using the facilities or in the treatment rooms.
The spa pool was not working when we visited however we spent our time in the hydrotherapy area and it’s just absolute bliss - I even tried the cold plunge pool and now understand why people love cold water swimming! It felt incredible.
Our lunch was amazing, and full of incredible flavours - the service was great.
Our treatments were very relaxing, the therapist was very informative and professional and checked pressure throughout.
I’ve also had the pleasure of speaking to the manager through my college and she is so lovely and welcoming, everything at Kohler’s exceeded my expectations- and they were high already!
I loved the facial products they used and my face feels very soothed and soft even a few days after! I’d highly recommend this spa and will definitely be back for another spa day!

Simply Spa review. Very welcoming and happy team at the spa area who provide all information on arrival and guide you to changing rooms.

You'll get an electronic card key for a locker where inside will be a bathrobe, towels and slippers. There are more available in the changing rooms.

Facilities in changing rooms are fantastic with a steam room in there too.

Short corridor takes you directly to the Spa area and into the pool which was very tranquil and relaxing with a brilliant waterfall feature to sit under.

A separated area has the hydrotherapy pools, the sauna, steam room and cold plunge pool. All of these were superb. This part of the spa also has iced lemon water too. The experience showers were a bit of a disappointment but everything else great.

Lunch was superb. Everything cooked fresh, presented well and full of flavour and taste.

Fantastic relaxing 3 hours and first class facilities.

It is a very good sports center. It has a good gym with plenty of equipment. The lap pool is indoor and fantastic. The showers and changing room are great. They don't have a large capacity for classes so they get filled up fast. I wish the gym had more windows so when you are doing elliptical you are not looking at the wall.
