Bought 6 sessions for my girlfriend.

Drove an hour for her appointment, the clinic is closed and they did not bother to inform us.

Previously, the technician has asked my girlfriend ‘do you know how to use this machine? I’ve never used it before’. She says one of the technicians she’s used was good, but the rest have been clueless.

Additionally, they are very challenging to contact.

Unprofessional and problematic. Do not recommend.

I recently had my lip fillers and smile lines done with Sophie and I can not recommend her and the clinic highly enough. They are so professional and talked me through everything before and during the treatment. I am so in love with the results and am already booked in for my next treatment.
