I have just arrived, not even stayed here yet and I absolutely love it! The place is so beautiful, homely and quirky all at once! It's such a vibe! The kitchen is gorgeous, the accommodation is so spacious and the garden is absolutely lush! The hosts were so helpful, relaxed and lovely. What a find! Thanks so much! I will telling everyone what a hidden gem this is and I shall be back!

7 min walk to the beach , close to shops and high street . Had a family room of 5 shared kitchen but only bathroom for us. Parking in west hill car park 12 pounds a day. Lovely lady in charge so sweet!

Great little Air BnB. Rooms are spacious and comfortable as well as being in an ideal location. The owners is also extremely welcoming and friendly.

We stayed at the|We stayed at the Ladida hotel,|It was pretty much a shambles from start to finish which was a shame as we were celebrating our anniversary.|We checked in to an open front door with keys in room, our room was advertised as a junior suite with garden view and private kitchen, it actually is a basic double room with ensuite overlooking a patio area that is used to dry washing, the private kitchen was infact a shared kitchen on the 1st floor, that was well equipped, but the bins were full and had flies around them, the lights in the hallway didn't work so using it at night we had to use the torch on phone to get back downstairs, our ensuite didn't have a sink in it but in the bedroom instead, there was no handsoap or toiletries provided,(we complained and shower gel placed outside the room) no tea or coffee in the rooms (there is tea and coffee in kitchen with out of date milk) the bed is so soft felt like you were on a water bed, the blinds let in light so we were woken at 5am with sunlight streaming through, there was no hot water in our room, we asked booking.com for a refund as we didn't want to stay there a second night but we're told the property refused, there is no one on site to address these issues and they clearly couldnt care, even though there are 'good vibes' motifs everywhere, the Ladida hotel certainly isn't good vibes!... |we did like the plants in the room and the location was good... The bad far outweighs the good though! AVOID!!!!! |

THERE WAS NO HOT WATER IN OUR SHOWER EITHER!||We asked booking.com for a refund as we didn't want to stay there a second night but we're told the property refused, there is no one on site to address these issues and they clearly couldnt care, even though there are 'good vibes' motifs everywhere, the Ladida hotel certainly isn't good vibes! Advert for this booking Is very misleading and to top it all off the owner is very rude and childish, someone who loves to leave stupid replies under reviews she doesn't like.||Only positive is the locations||You can find better in bournemouth. Avoid

We booked this hotel back in December 2021 for my sisters hen weekend - 18 months in advance. Chanine the host was very contactable and very helpful. We booked lots of activities throughout the hen weekend to make it special. 2 months before the planned trip and after over a year of planning we were due to pay the next deposit. As we had not heard from the host for a while we emailed to check that everything was still okay however the host was not contactable. After 2 weeks of trying to get through Chanine rang us. She informed us that she had double booked the hotel and we could not come. Chanine didn't seemed phased by this. Chanine did transfer us our deposit back however we did then have to cancel all the plans that we had made for our trip and ended up loosing money as we could not get back the deposits we had paid other people. We then had the job of planning a new hen night for my sister. I would avoid deal with Chanine at all costs.

Showers awful, no dishwasher which is a must for such a large accommodation, in our room I half had my foot under the divan and found that a large third parties hairy wax strip had stuck itself to the bottom of my foot. So not clean at all. Host held back some of deposit to wash the towels and said that we had made the carpet muddy but there wasn’t a drop of rain the whole time we were there. I would steer clear . Also the street parking is extremely limited so you will most likely need to pay to park.

If I could score it 0 stars I would. Utterly awful, from start to finish.||Showers x4 dribble out the head and either roasting or freezing!||Dead rat found in the courtyard.||Host charged us a bomb for a broken chair that was already broken on arrival!||Charged us £25 to wash the sheets!||Also charged us £20 for leaving one of our towels in the bin. ||The charges totalled up to £580!!||||Please beware of scamming host! She makes damages up and expects you to pay and gets police involved.||||X4 couples holiday! Goes without saying we won’t be back!
