Utterly disgusting little place. Awful awful. When we arrived the heat in the room was around 30 degrees and unbearable. The man who met us said he switched the heating off but he didn't.
We had the windows opened up all night and I kept calling him and he didn't answer no reply to my messages.
It's close to Heathrow so that is the only benefit of this place if you don't mind being in an awful, disgusting, unhygienic place.
Awful experience, never again.

I stayed at the guest house for 6 months, The manager Joyce does a great Job of keeping the place clean at all times.
The bedrooms in general are old but they are kept clean, kitchen is modern & bathrooms too.
I had an amazing time during my stay.

It was wost place i stop the window was smashed the bed mattress was hard they had kitchen with on cups or plates or cutlery they had rats in the back garden

This is an amazing guest house, I stayed here for 4 months and it transformed my life. The manager in charge was an amazing young lady who was really professional and friendly. She looked after everyone and put the safety of everyone first. And also I extremely give her an applause for how EXTREME NEAT this guest house was and the commitment to maintaining it CLEAN ANS NEAT. I had bad mental health issues but the manager JOYCEE gave me hope and supported me through out my journey and allowing me to express my emotions without being uncomfortable. She is a good leader, a good manager, and she deserves everything good in life.

Please Please this guest house is like a home, with a beautiful and amazing manager. All I advise is abide by the rules and you will enjoy your stay in the guest house.

I wouldn't even give this place a 1 star, genuinely surprised it still operates as a B&B!

The overwhelming smell of cheap bleach attempts to mask the stench of urine in the room.

Filthy and vile are not strong enough words to describe the condition of the carpet in the room. Complained and got moved to a room with laminate floor, the walls here were full of damp! (see photos).

The shower trickles water and is covered in limescale. The sink was blocked for 2 days continuous.

The beds, unbearably uncomfortable. Spent most of the night awake due to the noise from the boiler.

The TV has no remote control and there is no Internet access despite there being a router in the kitchen. (Are these not basic necessities in 2020?)

Breakfast... got given Weetabix, milk, bread, the cheapest margarine and a box of 6 eggs for 4 people to share for a week.

The kitchen is locked between 9pm and 7am so it's tough if you have to leave before 7 and arrive after 9. There is a large, filthy unstable dining table with ONE matching filthy chair in the family room for 4.

I wouldn't send my worst enemy here!

Sadly not a guest house and the bed and breakfast means they give you some ingredients to cook it yourself. No guests in your room, lots of rules and really old furniture. Staff are not exactly friendly.

Do everything within your power NOT to stay at this hostel. It is in no way a 'guest house'.
