We have been coming to ladram 30 yrs plus. The aera is stunning. Ladram has everything you could ask for. |Shop great choices and very helpful staff.|The swimming pool is great for lane swimming and a great kids aera. Staff is again helpful and polite. Even has a spinner for wet costumes!|The laundry room we used a few times and again was clean and tidy.|Housekeeping is very helpful.|The shack is a great place for watching the sea and maybe an ice cream. Shame dogs aren't allowed on the beach, considering the amount of sewage that flows in that area. The groundsman team 5 stars for keeping the site clean and tidy. Clubhouse. Bar staff quick and friendly. The clubhouse we went for bingo and to watch the performances. It's kids hour before bingo, bingo, then again kids' time, and when the performances are on its kids on the floor. Not all of us have kids! Maybe it would be worth thinking about no kids on the dance floor after o'clock and let adults enjoy it. We enjoyed the few shows we saw, although maybe a 2-week program would be more suitable for the staff and holidaymakers. ||

Liked: Beautiful holiday park overlooking the bay with spectacular views.
The staff were so friendly, the clubhouse & entertainment team were great,with kids club,bingo,games & singers.
We ate at the restaurant & the food came quickly, it was delicious.
There's a shop we used frequently & my husband loved the fish & chip shop.
The toilets & showers were so clean,next to the block was the launderette & no looking for coins ,swipe your card & away you wash (& dry).
I'd definitely stay again, every member of staff took the time to talk to you,they were the nicest we've come across staying on all the sites we've frequented.
The pitches were level & spacious to.

Disliked: Only the walk up the hill after going to the clubhouse

Ladram is such a wonderful, family friendly, safe and welcoming park. We have visited before and we are always delighted with the facilities and how clean they are and how welcoming ALL the staff are, everyone from the gate staff, shop staff and entertainment staff couldn't be more helpful. The pool is great for kids and is always clean and warm. The play areas, including mini golf and play park are really well maintained and as a family we spent ages in this area. We enjoyed a few meals in the Pebbles restaurant, which is reasonably priced and lovely food. We also enjoyed the evening entertainment, the atmosphere was great! One of our favourite places is the beach and the beach shack right on the beach. It is beautiful view from the park and from the beach and it is so nice that you can buy drinks, food and hire boards etc from the shack. There was plenty to do on the park and we were impressed by how well stocked the shop on site is. We didn't want to leave and we hope to be back soon!!

Beautiful holiday park, our spot had a view of the sea in the background as we stayed in the touring section. Lovely clean toilets and shower, nice and warm with hairdryers.
Great for the price and gravel pitches are tidy with your own hook up and water. There is a chip shop and convenience store on site.
We did manage the walk to Sidmouth, you need your best walking boots!
My only tiny downside was that it is a very busy site so it's quite noisy as the the road in and out is quite busy and lots of tractors around.
Dog friendly too.

Liked: The view is gorgeous from the touring pitches! As is the beach. The kids entertainment. Having a fish and chip shop is nice. The dog walking fields and they lead up onto the cost path. The shower blocks were so good.

Disliked: The only little thing is it would be nice to have more bin areas in the touring area rather than having to walk to the car park (unless we didn't find them!)

Liked: What a beautiful site. Everything was excellent from the site management to the staff who kept all the bathrooms around the site sparkling clean. (Please pass this on to them as we do appreciate their work and it makes such a difference to a holiday to have clean facilities.) The entire area was spotless no litter to be seen, grass and shrubs beautifully maintained.

We were camping and extended our stay because we liked it so much. The private beach is such a lovely place to just sit and listen to the waves and watch the wildlife. I enjoyed the swimming - others were fishing or using paddle boards, which were available for hire. There are camping pods, caravans and mobile homes, tents and motor homes. It does seem a lot but never felt overcrowded. I was the only one swimming at times along this beautiful beach for example.

We had fish and chips from the onsite fish and chip shop twice - they were really well cooked so would recommend them. The shop is well stocked with everything you may need from swimming gear to groceries and competitively priced too so no need to travel away from the site to find your supplies.

There are entertainments for all age groups if you like a night out, or the children want to join up with other children. We preferred to sit on the beach and drink in the serenity but there is something here for everyone. Expect a warm welcome from the staff at the gate special thanks to the understanding reception staff who sorted out a small hiccup on our booking (totally our fault!). Would definitely visit again.

Disliked: Can't think of anything except that it is not nearer to where we live!

We booked up for a family weekend away with friends. When we arrived we were greeted by the friendly reception staff who informed us our accommodation was ready early! They also offered us an upgrade to a caravan on the front row which we snapped up and it was worth it!
The caravan was spotlessly clean, so clean in fact our friend’s toddler ended up running into the patio door because they thought it was open!
The shop on site was well stocked and reasonably priced, the coast takeaway was also very good and reasonable.

We would definitely consider Ladram again for a cheap family break.

Liked: I liked everything about this site. For me it is the best site I have visited in the UK.
The staff were very welcoming on arrival and very informative. The location is beach front with tremendous views of the Jurassic coast and has a private shingle beach on its doorstep. The ammenity building offers a restaurant and regular entertainment shows. The restaurant terraces offer great sea views from the outside decking.

A well stocked on site shop and Fish and Chip, eat in or take away is another welcome addition.

The site will appeal to both families and adult travellers

The utility buildings offer modern toilet/ shower facilities. With local resorts of Sidmouth and Budliegh Salterton close by.
I feel confident in fully recommending this site to anyone.

The staff are very obliging.

Disliked: I could not find any dislikes about this site.
