Popped in for a Sunday Carvery that we had actually won on a price draw.
There was plenty of free parking & for a large venue, had a nice friendly atmosphere.
The staff were helpful & accommodating.
The food was nice and plentiful.
A positive visit - we shall return.

This site is amazing! One of the best my family have ever been to, ranging from the swimming pool, the all-day entertainment, the site in general, etc. There is a park near the pitches which is great, since we have quite a few young ones in our family and it keeps them entertained. However, if I could make one suggestion… the toilets near the pitches could do with disabled facilities, as when I came with my family there were no disabled facilities in the toilets near the pitches. (My mother is disabled, so disabled facilities in the toilets near the pitches would be amazing, thank you!) The toilets are really clean and they aren’t too far away from the pitches either! The site itself is also really clean, it seems and looks like the site is well looked after. Would definitely come to this site again, as it is one of the best sites my family have been to. The site is a bit expensive, but that is expected with all of the stuff this site offers. The food and drinks in the main building where the all-day entertainment gets held is amazing. There’s also a play area, a sweet machine, and a few other machines in the main building! It would be hard to get bored in the campsite. In conclusion, this is an outstanding site and it’s worth staying at!

Liked: Fantastic entertainment for all ages. My daughter is 11 and was great that she was able to go to the pool alone as plenty of lifeguards on duty also.
We were able to sit on patio in the sun with our dog

Lovely walks near by. Was able to do a couple of short runs during our stay.
Great indoor dog areas arcade and clubhouse. Also fab at the marquee also. Lovely clean facilities and showers were lovely too.
Daughter enjoyed the additional activities craft, slime making, pottery painting and the swimming inflatable activities.
Shop on site reasonably priced and friendly staff.

Disliked: Haven’t really got anything negative to say

The gym wasn’t open as under refurbishment at present but we knew this before going and it was nice to explore the area by doing some short easy runs in the area with the dog.

The dog friendly indoor seating area (piano bar) is quite far from the stage in the main clubhouse so wasn’t able to watch the evening entertainment from there. Also annoyingly there were some families without dogs sat in the main club house dog friendly area too despite there being plenty of seating in the main part, which meant we were unable to sit in the main club house dog friendly area a few times.
Be better if staff moved people out of the area with no dogs to save this for those with them but they were all rushed off their feet and I don’t want to cause a stir asking a family to move along. I would be great if this was placed a little bit more towards the stage ideally but to be honest our daughter just went down to watch alone and enjoyed the independence and my other half wasn’t too fussed to watch it after spending a few years working at a holiday park himself so playing cards suited us fine.

Liked: Our second visit to Lady Mile now, and for such a big site, it is a very well maintained site, always find the facilities very clean to a high standard, the park is really well laid out. The pools are a really nice feature, and the kids love them, i think the indoor pool facilities are looking a little tired now, and could do with a refresh.

Didnt order food this time around, but we know the food is great, especially at the marquee bar.

The onsite shop is really useful, and the prices are not unreasonable, they are also well stocked and quite a wide variety,

Disliked: Nothing really, just the pool changing facilties and the sauna/steam room could do with a refresh

I regularly go swimming at Lady's Mile and I can't say enough how attentive the staff are there and well-managed. Callum, in particular, has been brilliant catering for the needs of my mum and also me as I need a float every session. He is polite, organised and has any information you need 'at his finger tips'. I think the staff make a place and the staff at Lady's Mile swimming pool definitely make it an enjoyable experience. Thank you!

Liked: Great for families. Really well organised services and facilities, very clean and hot water always available. We loved the pools and were lucky with some warm weather so enjoyed the sunbeds by outdoor pool. There's strong wifi, a shop and launderette on site and all pitches have electrical hook up. We also enjoyed the live music at the marquee bar with kids play area and they had a great time making friends and playing games. My son also loved the pump track, so bring scooters!

Disliked: The showers were all very tired and not much pressure. (I didn't bother washing my hair, which is long and thick, as it would have taken hours.)

You have to book your pool slots in school holidays at 9:30 each morning which just means you can't be very free with your plans. If you miss that 10 minutes you'll be lucky to get into the pools.

One night we all had to endure a family barney that was very loud and screaming, swearing etc. But security support services were really quick on it and calmed it all down quickly (too much booze on the Last weekend of the summer hols!)

Liked: Absolutely loved everything about this place. The staff were all super helpful and couldn’t do enough for you, the facilities were great and the toilets and showers were always clean and smelt amazing…( not something you come to expect as a camper! )The entertainment was brilliant, my girls aged 8 & 10 loved the shows as did I .. (40). The pools were a big highlight and were well maintained and had plenty of lifeguards making sure everyone was safe. The shop has everything you need and isn’t unreasonable with the prices unlike most campsites. Cannot praise this place enough, we had the best time here and have booked again for next year and I cannot wait to return.

The lodge was very comfortable, well equipped, and fabulous hot tub.|The park has seasonal pitches, this reflects people in the clubhouse. Poor managed club. Not suitable for persons with hidden disabilities, or alternative dress code. |Personally feel that the complaint I made was made worse by receptionist offering my family a quieter place to dine away from all the entertainment. Overall nice park if as long as you can keep quiet in the clubhouse which runs over prime dining time, or not use club at all during your stay.
