We stayed here one night whilst visiting the area. Check in and parking were fine, it's an interesting (and slightly odd! But in a quirky way) place for sure - lots of buildings and each building is very weirdly laid out... Nothing to complain about though.

The price we paid was around £70 on booking.com for a Saturday night, which we thought was reasonable for somewhere equivalent to a travel lodge... However the room wasn't great.

It was very dated, big enough for our needs, but it definitely needed a revamp. The bed was comfy - the quilts and pillows they use are great, but the shower was absolutely terrible. You'd be better off just washing yourself using the bathroom sink!

The location was good for walking into the town centre.

Overall, I'm not sure I wouldn't stay again, but if I was thinking about it I'd definitely try and find somewhere better first before coming back here.

Loved this hotel. Lots of facilities including a swimming pool and solarium. The rooms are a little tired and could do with updating but very comfortable bed, clean shower and delicious cooked breakfast

Nice hotel, rooms are a little dated and definitely suited to a slightly older clientele.
Bar was a good price with some bingo on, and a really nice breakfast.

Rooms were a good size with a comfy bed, however they are starting to show their age. I quick go over with a paint brush would help and maybe a new TV.

Nice, quiet, clean and warm hotel in the heart of Bournemouth. Plenty of parking spaces. To customers.. please help keep it clean and appreciate the service. Thanks to the receptionist for the friendly welcome ❤️

UPDATED REVIEW

Absolutely horrific stay, disgusting room with a constant smell of cigarettes through the windows that do not shut! Cracked ceilling with mould around it. Although not the most expensive hotel in the world, expected much better.
The staff took the complaint reasonably and gave free breakfasts to all of us staying. It just doesn't quite excuse the state of the room that should've been checked before being booked.
Awful shame as this hotel could have a lot of potential!

Update:
Just finished breakfast, was a sorry excuse of a breakfast. Cold, cheap and lack of ingredients. Charging £9.50 a head and then £6.50 for kids! Please see for yourself in picture attached.

It’s an English holiday hotel and company.

There is entertainment with very loud cheesy music playing until 11 or so, which is kind of groovy. It’s fun. Pensioners disco. But a bit loud and could be annoying.

On the other hand, I did have some problems.

I had anxiety when sleeping in the bed and could not work out why (it’s a sense) and then I woke up with itchy burns on me that look like a jellyfish mark >>There is no doubt that it was in the bed!! I did not mention it

Staff were friendly and the cleaning staff were very helpful.

It’s a bus ride from town or a small taxi journey

As we arrived there was a really lovley check in lady named Carol who made us feel welcome straight away , we had a lovley room with a nice view and comfy beds, had a lovley nice sleep. We went swimming the following day and due to weather conditions we didnt think it would be open but another lovley lady from reception went out in the pouring rain to check if it was open which it was , they also lended us two umbrellas for the day as we went out into town , we had a small issue with our room and when we made them aware they gave us the option for an upgraded room straight away , was very well dealt with and professional, the customer service was 10/10. We've been to many hotels in bournemouth but this was our favourite 🙂
