Great B&B.
We had a great time thanks to Joan, the host. We have been running around and asked so many unplanned things but Joan was very helpful and always ready to help.
The breakfast was big and very tasty.
The rooms are spacious and bright. The house overall is typical and lovely. We will definitely come back there. We strongly recommend it to people that are staying in the area.

After a slightly hair-raising drive down a muddy track (thanks to the sat nav), we finally found the correct route to Lampen Farm for a one night stay in mid-April. The weather was not great, but the welcome was warm! Our room was very spacious & comfortable, complete with a bay window looking over the garden. The breakfast in this beautifully appointed farm house was excellent. The local pub is in walking distance & provides good meals.||Make sure you approach this farm through the village of St Neots & not via the track off the road (from the south).

We always stay here with Joan twice a year and always have a really great stay, Joan and Andrew are lovely people and do their very best for you. Great food, fresh and ready when you want breakfast, such a selection. A working farm with cattle and sometimes a few sheep, lovely to hear sleeping with the windows open. Cannot rate highly enough. Trouble is with our rating they now may get fully booked and we won't be able to go anymore!

Me and my partner stayed with Joan for 2 nights in the en suite double bedroom. We don't usually stay in b&bs but we really enjoyed it and Joan make us feel very comfortable. Her house was spotless, and very spacious. She made our bed and lined up our shoes whilst we were out for the day. Her breakfasts were so tasty and in the morning she laid out yoghurt, fresh fruit salads, cereals, coffee, tea, jams then we had a gorgeous cooked breakfast each. Joan clearly takes pride in what she does as a host and I'm sure everyone who stays here will be happy.|Thanks again Joan, you made our trip to Cornwall a good one 🙂

We visited Lampen farm many years ago and had a fantastic weekend. Carnglaze cavern is a few minutes away and we went to a concert there. The owners of Lampen are so warm and friendly. We arrived to tea and the best chocolate sticky cake i've tasted. The farmhouse is beautiful and immaculately kept. The sound of silence is deafening. The cooked breakfast is wonderful and plentiful. What a fabulous place for a romantic and restful retreat. A fantastic place located in stunning countryside. A real gem you will want to visit more than once.

As advised do not trust your sat nav..... we were also up to our eyes in mud for quite some distance. Whereas actually the main route is very easy. we were greeted by the very friendly Joan with coffee and home made cakes on arrival. we were attending a wedding at Trevenna so we did not spend much time there. We missed having an en suite but that was totally down to us booking late and having the last available room.Very clean and comfy. Excellent offering of fresh fruits and juices and the traditional English breakfast. Lovely thank you

We stayed here for a weekend in December as we were visiting relatives nearby. We were warmly welcomed and nothing was too much. Breakfast was made to order, fresh and delicious. The rooms were immaculately clean. We took two - a twin for the children and a large double with en suite for us. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot. We were very well looked after by Joan. Recommended.

My son and I stayed at Lampen Farm at the end of July. Our room was lovely and comfortable with lots of little extras.||||Lampen Farm is so peaceful and tranquil. The full english breakfast was a real treat and perfectly cooked.||||I hope I don't have to wait too long to make a return visit.
