We decided to stay at this hotel as was really close and convenient. glad we did as the place was lovely, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful if they tried nothing was too much trouble and the porters where extremely nice. it’s a lot cheaper then most places but worth every penny and the restaurant next door was really nice great food and plenty of choice for breakfast.. well done would definitely stay again

Arrived for a 2 day stay...didnt start well, on arrival check in staff spoke very quiet and we could not understand her, we had no water for at least an hour in the room (we were told there was maintainence going on,funny as we wernt told this on booking)! The duvet cover was dirty. TV was far to small for room and controls didnt work and being so high on the wall meant we had to climb on the chair to turn over etc. No phone in room to contact reception so had to walk up and down stairs. 2nd day we returned from a long day sightseeing to find the room had not been serviced, although, they had actually been to the room to change towels. We were running out of loo roll and cups were still dirty and bed unmade. So again we went to reception but no explanation as to why, so we went for food and came back loo roll stocked up and cups were cleaned bed was still unmade. Bed uncomfortable and pillows too soft. Bathroom tiles around shower not cleaned properly. In summary this would not be a bad hotel room for the price if service was better. Given what we paid we have stayed in much nicer places but we had no choice due to others lack of availability. Would not recommend or use again. Staff did not seem to know what was going on and despite raising concerns they did not seem concerned and there were no apologies

Booked 1 family room (2 adults and 2 kids) plus a single room for mother. I even rang the day b4 as per booking request to confirm the rooms and let them know we would be arriving late (8pm). On arrival after a long day at legoland then a meal we were told they accidently gave our family room away...I started searching for local hotels but they were all full then they offered 2 doubles and told to stick our kids in one room and adults in the other....they even said its OK because we were on the same floor 😆. Anyway we had to take the rooms and split the adults up. I guess they r newly refurbished by a cheapo odd job person. Taps were back to front (hot & cold), toilets in all 3 rooms weren't screwed down..wobbling about loose in all of them. Cba to move the light switch so they stuck a long cord round the door frame with hooks to pull on 🤣. My mother couldn't even reach the telly in her room so I had to move the bed and stand on it to turn it on. No windows in 1 room just a roof window I couldn't reach.. full face of sun at 5am too 🙄. Will do myself a favour next time and stick to premier inn. As for the restaurant next door...tbf the food was lovely but lost its identity. I'd say owned by the same family. Its like an Indian restaurant with English food .. ie: fish ad chips with curry batter...or tandoori salmon with chips. It was lovely but not an easy selection for kids. Breakfast starts st 9.30am which is far to late.....plus garlic mushrooms and curried baked beans on my breakfast is a bit much. Honesty for £379 just find another hotel. I've just booked a Premier Inn in the centre of London for £220 for the weekend at Xmas. Ps: no lifts and alot of stairs

It didn't start off well: my booking was mixed-up, meaning I didn't get the advertised discount on the room. ||||Things didn't get better. The room itself was pretty dark, with no window (not mentioned on website), only a skylight which meant standing on the bed to get some minimal ventilation (and added traffic noise). ||||The lack of hot water was an unwelcome surprise, which I discovered in the early morning, so a cold shower was the only option. No reception staff on duty at that hour, so no chance of getting it fixed. The reaction when I reported this out later, was a lot of irritating fuss by the staff attempting to restart the boiler etc, which went on to well into the evening, with three seperate visits to my room. Eventually offered a new room, but in a different building. I declined, as by then it was late, and I could only forsee new problems arising, and by then I'd packed and unpacked my bags already, during the stop-start uncertainties of how the situation was going to be resolved.||||The room was clean, the bed was fine, and the kettle worked, so they were bonuses. As was getting a warm shower the next day.||||Phoned the hotel afterwards, but only offered an upgrade on any future visit, which I said was unlikely, as there are probably many better options in the area. Disappointed that I wasn't offered at least a partial refund.||||Not absolutely terrible, but enough faults and glitches to make it a less-than-comfortable stay. ||||I understand things go wrong sometimes, but the customer service was more like a 1950s boarding house than a modern hotel close to a major airport and tourist town, and the situation could easily have been rectified with a little more generosity from the staff, and less of a make-do-and-muddle-through approach that caused unnecessary time-consuming inconvenience and irritation.

Perfect location for Lego Land, only 13 minutes away. The location in Langley is perfect. Right by the main town too. The hotel has a bar one side, and a restaurant the other. We went to the bar to watch the football after visiting the main town for tea. Staff very friendly in bar.
Staff very helpful and polite in hotel area, they offered to carry my bag to my room. Room very clean, and smelt fresh. We had a family room for 4 ppl. 2 single beds and one double bed.
We paid for breakfast too, which was anything on the menu. We had 4 Full English breakfast which was delicious.
For £99 for the night with breakfast, was excellent value.

Booked the hotel last minute and won’t use again. Check-in was functional at best with surliness and no real welcome (no welcome at all, actually)|Twin room has a weird layout with one bed under the window and the other by the door (one at the foot of the other)|There is no wardrobe to hang anything and no curtains either (and this is mid-June!).|It’s spotlessly clean but is it too much to expect cleanliness as a bonus when paying £100?)|I’ll not recommend nor use again.

The overall experience was good, but be aware that you can only watch TV or charge your phone at once, since the power socket available at the desk is so leveled that you have no access and you can't move the desk away. Also, the hair dryer was smelling burnt after 5 seconds running it.

Rooms good value for money, although surprisingly noisy at front of building and too hot. Tele small with broken reception for many channels and replacement remote, so couldn't get the guide. Shower good.
