The Larches may not be the most modern place but it gets all the essentials right. It's spotlessly clean, the bed is comfy, the shower is powerful, the breakfast is simple and good, WiFi signal is strong, the hosts are friendly and there is parking and a separate entrance directly to the rooms. We had a very short stay, getting in late after a wedding but if we were staying longer then we would have made more use of the fridge and microwave - very useful to have in the room! Our room was large and had a spare single bed. Nice biscuits and lovely Clipper tea in the rooms - Jane was really great leaving us fresh milk in the fridge for my morning cuppa! The breakfast room was beautiful. My only suggestion would be to have some shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom in case people forget their own, but this wasn't a problem for us at all.

I stayed at the Larches for nine nights whilst on a nearby course.|The room I had was a double en suite with a decent shower and a saniflo toilet. Everything was kept very clean.|It had all the amenities that I needed: TV, fridge, kettle, microwave, wifi. The room was a little dated but fully functional.|The breakfasts were very nice with full English, cereal, fresh fruit.|Parking was a little tight but I always managed to get a space. |The owners are a lovely friendly couple.

Had a one night stay with lovely Jane, so hospitable, couldn’t do enough for us. Room was very spacious, clean, comfortable and all the facilities you need. |Great location, nice walk into town, great restaurants and things to do.

We stayed at the Larches in a family room for one night whilst attending a family wedding.||||Jane and Eric were prompt and helpful with questions and information during booking and made the process very simple.||||The house was easy to find, attractive and is maintained to a high standard. It isn't exactly modern but that is part of the charm and the facilities are perfectly adequate for a B&B. Breakfast includes selection of cooked and 'continental' options and the cooked option was tasty if not particularly generous in portion size but again nothing much to fault here.||||||In short, The Larches is traditional, friendly and clean place to stay in Horsham and represented quite good value.

Room and en-suite was very clean and bed was comfy.Breakfast on both mornings was delicious.Owners are both kind and helpful,nothing was too much trouble.Only problem is some people may find decor a bit old fashioned but as they say"beauty is not skin deep".

No response to phone call on either number, no response to text (promised a response) went to Premier hotel instead - useless, never had such poor service in all my life. Need a lesson in basic customer service

Not sure if these guys are still operating, kind of felt I like they weren't. Despite phoning and booking, checking details like parking, etc. room wasn't ready parking was very limited (only available if blocking others in). Rather lacklustre generally, poor bedding, very flat, old pillows. Breakfast rather underwhelming, never been served instant coffee in a cafetiere before . Overall just very tired, poor and rather mean Im afraid.
