After completing 10 sessions of full-body laser hair removal, I am extremely dissatisfied with the results. Despite the staff being helpful, it is unacceptable that all my hair has regrown, especially after investing over £2,000.

I thoroughly researched over 10 laser clinics in the area and chose this one because it appeared affordable with initially promising outcomes. However, it is clear that their laser machines only provide temporary hair reduction, rather than permanent removal. This model effectively forces customers into a cycle of returning 3 to 4 times a year, resembling a subscription service rather than a genuine solution.

While I appreciate the quality of customer service, it does not compensate for the lack of effective results. I will now be seeking another clinic that can truly deliver on permanent hair removal.

I wouldn't recommend at all. I booked and prepaid for the laser service during the Black Friday sale and they made a mistake and booked the wrong areas. Further, the consultant who booked me in was terse and unhelpful. When I inquired about additional services, she wasn't very willing to provide additional information. She misrepresented to her manager that I wasn't willing to follow their safety protocol which left a bad taste in my mouth. I would have still gone ahead with the services. But after I said that they could improve their customer engagement, they just unceremoniously refunded my money citing "they wouldn't be able to meet my expectations" lol. I guess they can afford to refuse custom rather than improve their service. Plus there are many other places offering similar services without treating their customers poorly.

I’ve been to other laser clinics across the UK but this one is the best! It’s the place where you can trust the operator and expect amazing results! Staff is very kind and welcoming so you can feel relaxed and that you’re in good hands.

I had my second session today, and all I can say is that I have recieved the best service from Laser clinics right from the beginning to where I had my first consultation to now. Today I was served by Charlotte, whom was so lovely and calm. She had seen I was a little nervous, she reassured and calmed my nerves. Charlotte was absolutley amazing, I cannot reccomened Cambridge Laser Clinics anymore!! The staff are ever so friendly and accomodating!! Thank you all so so much 🙂

Their operators are not skilled at all. They moved the laser too fast so that many spots on my skin did not get the laser shot, so after the session some parts of my body had hair and some parts didn't ... so ugly. Also they did my jawlines asymmetrically!

I complained about this to their manager, expecting them to give me another session to compensate their bad service but they said we are not the right clinic for you and you better go somewhere else! Their service and behavior was so harsh.

I was shocked by their service and their behavior.

Jodie who has been my aesthetician right from day 1. She is humble, polite and very patient. She gave me the correct recommendations, took her time to study my skin and made appropriate decisions for which treatment to go with. She is so lovely and does her job so well. I always had to keep rescheduling my appointments and she was so co-operative without getting annoyed. I have seen results what I had hoped for. I will continue coming back for further treatments. I went to Laser clinic in Cambridge, after trying another clinic.
I saw the results since the second treatment.
Staff friendly and always ready to accommodate your needs, quite fasts service. Olivia is great, very professional, quick and open for a conversation, that always makes things go faster. I recommend this place if you want to feel more confident with your body 😉
