The Little Stable was warm and cosy - just right for our trip. The breakfast food provided was great. The self catering enabled us to come and go as we wanted. It was great to be able to fly in and out each day - not many places have their own airstrip!

An absolutely wonderful, secluded B&B, with a wholesome yet luxurious feel, provided by lovely people.

The quality of the room and furnishings was exceptional. This extended further to the beauty of the surroundings.

The quality of service by Dawn was perfect. Breakfast in particular, immensely tasty and high quality products.

It's worth making a special mention of how incredible and soft the towels are! Not something I've ever paid too much attention to at accommodation in the past, but these were... Just excellent!

I was warmly greeted and shown into a beautiful room. Everything was spotlessly clean and of good quality. The extra touches such as the choice of teas and the large slice of chocolate cake were much appreciated. A comfortable bed and the peaceful location ensured a really good night's sleep. Very good breakfast. My stay was for only one night but I wished it could have been longer. Highly recommended. I will certainly come again.

Stayed in The Little Stable and it had everything I needed, plus a mini kitchen. Very comfortable, private and warm given the slight downturn in temperature! Breakfast could not have been better: freshly cooked to order with various continental breakfast items also available. Dawn makes everyone very welcome, from messages before your arrival to making sure that you have everything you need. I can thoroughly recommend Laundimer House and will be back next time I am in the area!

I stayed in the Little Stable, and was pleasantly surprised by the location out in the wilderness of Northamptonshire. Beautiful sunsets, the sound of silence broken with birds in song, wild flowers and fields as far as the eye can see.|The facility was clean and well presented. with large TV and internet, to stay in contact with the outside world. sitting area, fold down table, small kitchen area including all the usually items eg microwave, fridge freezer, toaster 2 ring hob and a sink.|The bed was comfortable and I slept like a log considering it was quite warm.|the bathroom was small sink, toilet and shower and lavishing hot water available.|Outside a small seating area and a fire pit for the more adventurous.|the Little stable is a gem and ideal for single person/couples who wish to have the quietness of the country side but close to the rest of the local area.|I dined out on two evenings at the George restaurant and pub approx. 5 minutes in the car to the village.| Has I was away from home working this was like a mini break with a difference.|I would recommend this established and the lovely host Dawn who makes you feel at home.

The attention to detail in my room was second to none. Home made cake on arrival and a great selection of teas and coffee. The room was very comfortable and beautifully furnished and decorated. Dawn has really thought about what guests might want and need. Breakfast was excellent, and with views out over the countryside I had kestrals and red kites for company. I'm already looking for an excuse to go back.

I had a fantastic time at Laundimer house on a recent trip with work. Nothing was too much trouble for Dawn who was absolutely lovely, and is a fantastic cook and baker!

I stayed in the snug, which was really lovely. Having a bad back I really appreciated how comfortable the bed was. It felt like staying at home with family! Would definitely recommend staying at Laundimer House.

Outstanding bed and breakfast in a stunning location off the beaten track. Dawn and her daughter welcomed our family warmly and our stay was everything we hoped for. The rooms were comfortable, the house was beautiful, and the breakfast was delicious. Oh and I should also mention the piece of yummy chocolate cake which greeted us on arrival. All in all our only regret was that we could not have stayed longer. Thank you Dawn and family for an amazing stay.
