Really pleased with my treatments today. Imogen is really friendly and puts you at ease. Makes you comfortable & is really gentle when carrying out treatments, explaining the process in detail along the way. As well as providing great aftercare advice. My treatment was so relaxing I was dozing off during my lash lift! I went to the lovely Imogen to have brow lamination, lash lift and tint and my first facial. My lashes and brows have never looked so good!
I didn't know what to expect with the facial, Imogen tailored the facial to my skin and I can honestly say it's the best my skin has ever looked! It was super relaxing and the whole experience was really soothing and enjoyable.
I am also severely hearing impaired and Imogen was so understanding and clearly spoken, I didn't have to ask her to repeat anything and she made me feel so comfortable.
I won't be going to anyone else, Imogen was so professional and I loved the tranquil vibes of her salon. Thank you Imogen ❤️

One of the things I love to do is make sure that my eyebrows are refreshed and neat. Since seeing Imogen my eyebrows have never looked so amazing, they are healthy and full, after my previous eyebrow tech butchered my eyebrows and for the last year or so Imogen has done such an amazing job at perfecting my eyebrows.

I love the fact she takes her time making sure thst my eyebrows are perfect every single time. The difference between Imogen and usual brow bars is massive as you get a proper service and your not rushed and she really does work her magic on your brows and you can see the passion she has for her craft xx

I am always so last minute for getting my brow appts booked 👀 lol but Imogen as usual always accommodates my last min requests lol and I really appreciate her for that.

From the first time I met Imogen I have always felt so welcomed and its really lovely having girly chats too 💗

I will say it again, my eyebrow beautiction is better than yours 😜

Took myself, teenage daughter and mum for brow waxing before a family wedding next week and we received a warm welcome and taken to a lovely relaxed treatment room.
