Our hotel room had a damaged ceiling on arrival but we were relocated quickly.
Our spa treatments were amazing and highly recommended but there are not many beds poolside to relax if you are visiting for a full spa day experience. We were unable to relax after our treatments so had to go back to our room early.
Food & service was lovely in the restaurant for lunch and dinner.
Breakfast had a good selection of options too.

I had a nice easy business stay today, a very good venue for business talks and events, pleasent breakfast and area, lunch again was good. The bars had plenty of seating and the staff where good too.
Very easy check in, unfortunately did not have the time to enjoy the other facilities on offer but looking forwards to my next visit.

From the time of arrival to the time of departure there is NOTHING I could fault with this year's experience, in contrast to my last review things had greatly improved.||On arrival the staff were pleasant and full of smiles. We were taken to our table and the lady confirmed any additional drinks we had purchased and also pre-booked a taxi for us at the end of the night. The food this year was absolutely amazing, all starters (soup or salad) were hot and tasty. Intermediate was champagne sorbet this was very fresh which complimented the starter. Main course was beef with vegetables, the meat was tender and melt in the mouth, the vegetables cooked to perfection. Deserts were profiteroles or brownie, the brownie was served with a blood orange sorbet which was amazing and made a nice end to the whole meal.||We also felt it was a nice gesture of the hotel to allow all the staff, who worked incredibly hard all night, to break at 11.50pm to see in the New Year with the rest of the guests.||The only 2 negatives for us was there had clearly been a disagreement between the serving staff but they did not let that affect their mood with us as guests. The DJ was ok but did spend alot of time talking to people who appeared in the room that were not guests (assuming friends) therefore wasn't attentive to people asking for requests.......please can we have a live band again at the next one?||Thank You for a fabulous night, my faith has been restored!!

Rooms are really nice and well appointed. The food in the bar areas was excellent. It's close to the motorways so easy to get to. Plus it has gym and spa facilities us golf.

Lovely 2 night break at this hotel. We were in a family room. The room was warm and cosy, breakfast was hot and yummy, and the staff were all very pleasant and attentive. Would definitely stay again. |My only gripe (if you can call it that) is the on-site pub Hathaways. It's very pricey and not very good value for money and the food took rather a long time to arrive. Would recommend heading off site for your meals. That being said, the staff at the pub were all lovely.

Almost seemed that the 4 star rating of the hotel were taken out of a sticker book. On arrival, we have checked in very smoothly and were able to find our room. At first glance the room seemed tidy and looked rather nice until we’ve spotted what seemed like a print of someone’s bottom on the wall next to the wardrobe. Later we went to get our nails done and I’m afraid our experience went down hill from there. While the back massage was very relaxing the manicures and pedicures did not go as planned. The ladies that were doing it seemed lovely however the dark light in the area made it very difficult to see the nail varnish colours for what they are. I have picked what I thought was a warm nude colour and once it was on my toes the lady had asked what I thought and I was unable to see the colour due to the darkness of the room. I had to pull up the torch light to see properly and what I saw was what could only be described as a highlighter orange. Luckily I was able to switch the colour for my manicure 😬 we have asked several times if it would be possible to turn on the light but the ladies have advised that they are used to working in these conditions, unfortunately the varnish had never completely set and was extremely sticky pick up the fibres from all over the place, I guess the products may have gone out of date. In general the place looks nice but all the rooms are extremely lacking in lighting fixtures. And I wouldn’t recommend getting the manicures/pedicures

We attended the New Year's Eve party at Lea Marston Hotel, and it was a fantastic experience! The staff went above and beyond to cater for my husbands request of needing a gluten free alternative meal, nothing was too much trouble, ensuring everyone felt accommodated. |The food was absolutely delicious – the flavors were outstanding, especially the beef, which was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The presentation of the dishes was also very impressive and showed great attention to detail. A wonderful evening with top notch service from all staff we came into contact with.

My partner and I recently went to this hotel for a spa break. I appreciated the free parking and WiFi. The room was spacious and comfortable with plenty of storage and a TV. However, the sink in the bathroom did not drain properly. The grouting in between the bathroom tiles was mouldy. The heating stayed on all night and couldn’t be turned off. We couldn’t open the window much for security reasons because we were on the ground floor. The bedding was too thick, making it uncomfortably warm at night.

The hotel had great amenities like a gym, pool, and sauna, and breakfast was nice. Unfortunately, dinner was disappointing. It was a set menu. The starter arrived quickly but the main course took over an hour to arrive, and when it did, it was essentially chicken and chips. Dessert was okay.

The spa experience was also frustrating – our treatment was moved from Friday evening to Saturday morning with little notice, due to staffing. The dual treatment room we had booked wasn’t available, even though we had paid for it in our original booking. My massage was good, but the facial wasn’t personalised and caused a breakout afterwards.

The spa break package is a great idea because accommodation, food and spa treatments are taken care of. So, less planning needed. Unfortunately, given the overall experience here, I wouldn’t return.
