I was here for a recent conference and I think it's safe to say that the conference took over tge entire place so would always suggest checking out what's on ahead of booking.||Having been here a couple of times, the standards are maintained. Breakfast is varied and fresh, all staff are super friendly and helpful, the rooms are incredibly spacious and it's incredibly clean. Only downside is the location if arriving via trains and you have to rely on public transport as its just off the motorway so public transport links aren't great!

Great hotel that we have been back to a couple of times now.

Great location with lots of parking.

Rooms are basic, but very clean and tidy.

Check-in staff were really helpful and friendly.

We ate in the Market Kitchen for dinner, which was the only downside to our stay as the food was very slow to be served - we waited almost an hour just for the starters. There didn't seem to be staff dedicated to just the restaurant, which was odd as it was a Saturday night. Food was OK, but nothing special. Breakfast was much better and felt better organised.

We would definitely return to the hotel, but probably not The Market Kitchen!

I recently stayed at the Leicester Marriott and had a really good experience. One of the things I liked right off the bat was that they have EV chargers, which made things super convenient for me.

The room itself was clean and comfortable, and I got a free upgrade to a bigger room thanks to my status – a nice surprise! The front desk staff were also really friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Another plus was the lounge, which had a great selection of drinks to choose from. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle-free experience!

Amazing hotel! My room, 209 was huge, the bed was king size and incredibly comfortable. The bathroom might need a bit of a revamp but it was absolutely fine.
The food was absolutely delicious apart from the lemon tart which I found it quite horrible (sorry chef!).
The staff were all lovely and helpful.
Can’t wait to go back!

Room was upgraded and comfortable! Platinum has its advantages! Breakfast was delicious! Club Lounge was Ok! A white and a red but no bubbles! Came one minute late and all the food had been whisked away to be thrown out immediately! Can’t risk guests getting food poisoning! After begging I was brought some cheese and crackers!

It's always disappointing when things aren't working in your room on arrival and when the exec lounge coffee machine isn't working too.|The staff are friendly enough and the breakfast is what you'd expect. The gym was OK and quiet. Shame they closed down the pool a few years ago as that would have made it a bit special. |May go back.

What an awful experience!!! |I spent a Saturday evening at this hotel. To say i wasn't impressed is an understatement.|On arrival for check in it was quite busy. It was a 25 minute wait to check in. By the time i had been checked in the queue was out of the door. The time taken to check people in had been delayed by the amount of upselling by the staff when checking me in. |Then when i arrived in my room, it was very dated, it had been a while since i had stayed here but it was clean but dated. I then decided to use the pool and sauna. Unfortunately, this was not an option as the pool area was out of action. When we returned in the evening, which was very late, around 0100hrs. I tried to order room service. I could not reach reception on the phones so i decided to go to the lobby area. I was told no food is available after 2000hrs. I finally managed to persuade them to make 2 of us a sandwich, which they did. It wasnt the best as the bread was hard around the edges. We were then charged £35 !! 2 sandwiches and 2 cans of water. Shocking service and a waste of a good hotel IMO.
