I get a friendly welcoming experience every time I visit the clinic. The Hydrafacial I highly recommend. I have recently received my second treatment of Tattoo Laser Removal on my eyebrows. After the first session the ink removal was noticeable. I am very happy with the results. Louise, has been very helpful and friendly. All staff members have great customer service skills. The clinic is definitely worth visiting.

I had a fantastic experience here. Everything is perfect！Dr. Shanur helped me with the Harmony XL Clearskin Pro treatment, and I have to say, she is incredibly professional and patient.After the first treatment, my skin has become much finer. I’m a big fan of laser treatments and have visited many different clinics in various cities across the UK, but I can honestly say that this experience stands out. From the welcoming atmosphere to the doctor’s attention to detail and the reasonable pricing, everything was the best I’ve encountered in the UK. I highly recommend it! It was truly a wonderful experience.☺️☺️

I can’t recommend Medi Spa enough! The modern salon is absolutely lovely—so welcoming and relaxing from the moment you step inside.

I had a HydraFacial with Ellena, and she was fantastic. She made me feel completely at ease and took the time to explain each step of the treatment thoroughly. Her attention to detail was incredible, and the whole experience was so enjoyable.

I’m genuinely excited to start my skin journey with Ellena and can’t wait to return. A totally fantastic experience from start to finish!

I cannot recommend Leicester Medispa enough! From the moment we walked through the door to the moment we left, we were greeted with amazing customer service and warm, friendly faces, especially from Hannah, who made the whole experience truly exceptional.

The infrared sauna was absolutely fantastic—perfect for two people to enjoy together. The facilities were spotless, with a lovely space to get changed and shower afterward. But the star of the show was the sauna itself! The Bluetooth feature to play your own music and the enclosed space to keep your phone safe were brilliant touches. A 30-minute session was the ideal amount of time to relax and soak up the experience.

The cryotherapy was equally unbelievable! Hannah guided us through the entire process, making us feel completely at ease. Everything we needed was provided, and we were given a brief but thorough overview of what to expect, which was so reassuring. Having the option to choose your own music made it even better, adding a personal touch just before stepping into the chamber.

Overall, the experience was incredible. Leicester Medispa is a gem in the heart of Oadby, perfect for meeting all your wellbeing needs. Huge thanks to Hannah and the team for making it so memorable—your care and attention truly made all the difference!

All staff at Leicester Medispa made me feel welcomed into the clean and beautiful building.
Louise was calm and polite, she introduced herself and the facial she was about to give me. Louise is incredibly talented at what she does and is full of knowledge. The facial was amazing and made me feel very relaxed. Due to being 24 weeks pregnant, Louise checked in when she felt needed and made me feel comfortable as I could.
After the facial, Louise got me a freshing ice cold water, and allowed me some time. Louise then shared with me some knowledge and advice to help my dry and dehydrated skin.
I walked away with fresh, clean skin and also received a sample of a product which Louise recommends.
I will definitely be returning.

My husband and I had a back neck and shoulder massage at Leicester Medi Spa.

From the minute we walked in staff were friendly and made us feel instantly welcome. The spa was relaxing and even offers free refreshments.

Louise was super knowledgable and gave a fantastic massage. We will absolutely be back!

We also want to try some other treatments at the spa so are excited to return in the future.

10/10 - will recommend to friends and family too.

Amazing hydrafacial with Shanur, she’s so knowledge and easy to talk to and left my skin glowing. The whole treatment was tailored to exactly what I needed and customer service was excellent throughout - would highly recommend!
