This establishment is disgusting.
Mould everywhere, dirty cups and bed sheets, paint peeling off the walls.
The landlord is rude and obnoxious.
I booked to spend the evening last Saturday with my pregnant girlfriend. The man expected us to play a guessing game as to which room was ours, and then proceeded to tell us not to use the heating because of the price of electric.
Upon entering the room I was disgusted!
It was absolutely filthy!
Keep your money and don’t waste your time staying here!
In disgust we walked down the road and booked into the travel lodge.
What’s even better is the man is refusing to give us a refund.

This place is everything everyone else say about it.. Terrible place worst place I ever stayed.. Terrible smell of damp.. No hot water from sink tap.. Dirty carpet, curtains. Could see light from bathroom in the bedroom as wall was partially rottered through..car park entrance not defined as no signage so usually missed it, car park yes definitely is rolled hardcore.. External though house lloks derilict.. Would not return to this place..believe me you will be disappointed like I was, unfortunately was too late to cancel.. Good side.. It's great location to Horley town centre. Short walk and you spend ur evening in the local pub instead of the depressing room.. Like I did.. Think before booking.

There are slugs in the bathroom and the rooms is moist and cold. Do not come here if you're looking for a decent place to sleep 😇 The manager didn't even want me to negotiate the price. This room isn't even worth 10£

Wow this place is disgusting, I would give it no starts if I possibly could. If I hadn’t arrived at 12am I would’ve left immediately and found somewhere else to stay. The floor had debris including toenails, hair and food scraps. The bathroom was so foul that even after a 26hr transit we were not going to take a shower for fear it would make us more dirty. There was mucus floating in the bottom of the shower and other peoples hair all over the floor. There was blood on the bed sheets and toilet paper roll, the sheets were stained yellow and the room smelt like bad milk. May the gods help you if you find yourself at this guest house. Horrific. No other way to describe it.

Absolutely dire.. not just dirty this place was filthy, bathroom looks like it belongs in a horror movie truck stop, room hadn't been cleaned, teabags were yellow, coffee/milk both out of date. Owner was nice enough but isn't capable of the upkeep required for public use. Even as cheap as it was I feel ripped off.

I walked in and immediately walked out with a credit card refund slip! The owner has a pleasant personality, but the current property looks NOTHING like the photos! Cleanliness, broken cupboards….they need to do some elbow grease if they taking people money!!!😡😡😡😡

Probably the worst hotel in UK I have ever seen.. Old room, dirty carpet, bad smell all over the "hotel"
Bathroom was renovated but dirty, window was open there all day so even if you would like to have a shower it was impossible becouse it was too cold for it (6°C outside)
In the middle of the night cigarette smell woke me up, it was like a someone was having smoke right next to my door.
I know that the price is low but this night was not worth 35

Anyway the owner is a really nice guy he just need to work a bit on his business

This was the worst place I have ever ever seen , we have an early flight tomorrow so needed just a room.for the night. Pulled up to a run down building (looked like something of a horror movie) outside was like a building site. Knocked on the door man leant out of top window asked who I was and said hel be down in a minute by this point I had backed so far up the drive . ||He then came out and the small that hit me was absolutely horrific.. said we could park the car around the back for the week at a cheaper rate then airport as cars were parked there ( there wasn't we had tried find somewhere to park) By this point I had said to my friend we can't stay here tried to make an excuse to leave the man said I need to check in I need your passport to which I replied I haven't got it can have my provisional.. then showed me to my room.i have never ever seen anything so dirty and run down but what scared.me the most was the inappropriate comments of the man..saying he needs to take a seat because his pregnant asked me if knew how a man got pregnant to which I replied no and he said by either the popes blessing or having sex laid out on my back and its not the first option.. I then messaged my friend to tell her what room I was in because I genuinely believed something awful was about to happen I asked if anyone else was here and he replied yes but people don't bring their cars because they fly..to which I replied we are flying tomorrow. I then ran to my friends car who had already booked us somewhere else . I Darent go back.to the house so my.friend drove to the front so I could post keys and make a run for.it.. I genuinely felt.like I was in a horror movie. The place is awful how it is still running is beyond me but the hygiene and the man who met me was the thing that did it the most..safe to say I paid nearly 200 pounds to go somewhere else..avoid at all costs!!!!
