Absolutely first class stay!Ignore the bad reviews because from the moment we walked in,our experience was wonderful!From the friendly,helpful staff,great food,(breakfast and evening meals),the comfiest beds and pillows ever,and the overall ambience couldn't be faulted!!!A fantastic hotel!! Highly recommend!! We'll definitely be back!!

Beware, £3.30 for an instant coffee ?. ||I ordered a fresh decaf americano at the refreshments bar. The staff member opened an instant sachet of coffee and put the granules into the coffee machine to make my coffee! ? I asked “is that an instant coffee” she replied “yes, we don’t have any fresh decaf”. No apology and still charged the £3.30 price for the fresh lavazza coffee they offer. I declined the coffee.||A response from Leonardo’s would be appreciated.

We recently stayed at Hotel Leonardo Cheltenham during the half-term holidays and were thoroughly impressed with our experience. Our family of four stayed in the executive suite, which consisted of two comfortable rooms. The beds were exceptionally cozy, and the suite was well-equipped with tea and coffee facilities, two spacious wardrobes, and two immaculate bathrooms.

From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. Our daughters were delighted with the welcome activity packs, a thoughtful touch that set the tone for our stay. The complimentary vouchers for bar drinks and coffee, along with the dining discount, were much appreciated and added to the overall value.

The breakfast each morning was excellent, offering a variety of well-cooked and delicious food. The hotel’s parking, priced at £7 per night, was very convenient and made our stay hassle-free. We also enjoyed using the gym and swimming pool facilities, which were clean and well-maintained.

The hotel’s location is perfect for visiting local tourist attractions, and there are plenty of great restaurants within driving distance. We dined at the hotel on our first night and found the experience very enjoyable, with delicious food and attentive service.

Special thanks to Sarah and the other receptionists, as well as the bar and restaurant staff, particularly Jason (if I recall his name correctly). They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Additionally, the cleaning staff did a fantastic job of keeping our rooms spotless and lovely every day.

Overall, we are very impressed with the services provided at Hotel Leonardo Cheltenham. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to others.

The leonardo hotel was such a lovely experience. Te staff were pleasant efficient and truly amenable. The room was lovely clean, fresh and airy, the bed was comfortable. There were many facilities we did not get to use on this flying visit, but would highly recommend a stay here, we will be returning for a longer visit

All the staff were great and the room was clean and made each morning.
The bar drink prices were a little expensive as it's a hotel, but not silly expensive which was good.
The food on the other hand was expensive for what you got, that said it was all very nice. The pizzas were good, the kids menu was pretty reasonable but £8 for a single chicken skewer was ridiculous!!
Used the pool which was alright and included in the price.
Location wise you need to drive if you want to do anything or go out for a meal as there's not a lot around which is nearby. On the subject of driving, having to pay for parking each day was a bit of negative as well.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a decent size and very clean, although as it was close to the spa you could smell a bit of chlorine but this disappeared quickly. We also used the spa after we checked out - it had a hot tub, sauna, steam room and swimming pool so had all the amenities.Only downside was the corridors - could do we a bit of a refurb.
