Really happy with this choice of hotel at East Midlands Airport. So close to terminal, great parking and all St reasonable prices. Evening meal was lovely and all the staff we came across were friendly and efficient. Room was very comfortable with a large bed each. Would definitely use this hotel again for early morning flights.

If it had no stars that's what I would give it. I know the hotel will post some form of reply but ignore it, I brought everything up with staff on the day and they constantly lied. I booked a superior room (what a joke) for June 25, in July 24. I had all the email confirmation and receipt. When I arrived I was told I wasn't booked in and I had already took my booking in Jan 25. I produced all evidence and eventually got a room. I asked if it was a superior room and they said no. I said well I upgraded to a superior room so what happens now. They said there are no superior rooms available. I then raised a complaint and was then offered a superior room. We were on the 1st floor with 2 large suitcases and there is no lift. The room was not superior in anyway. Ignore the reply if they bother.

Booked for the night before a flight as we knew the traffic on the M1 would be heavy due to the nearby Download Festival. (13th June). We were quoted £275 room only! The price for the following Friday is £72. ||Only one space left in the car park which was an extra £10 overnight. At Reception a pleasant lady checked us in. My husband (80 with heart problems) asked if there was a lift. No. Could someone take our suitcase up the flight of stairs we asked. She pulled it to the stairs and then asked a passing male member if he would take it up (Luke I think) which he reluctantly did.||Room 170.||Plenty of water still and fizzy and biscuits|Bed linen clean and crisp|No toilet brush - it took 4 flushes to remove the 1 ply toilet paper.|Hand wash bottle empty |Bath cream bottle empty|Shampoo ok.|Lights: difficult to work out which is which|Power socket next to double bed not working||Bar: Furniture grubby. No snacks served with drinks.||Would we stay again. NO. COMPLETE RIP OFF.||I have emailed head office re the room price. Automated reply saying I would get a response. My email was sent when we booked a week ago - no response/excuse received yet.

The family rooms were fairly big with two nicely sized beds and a decent sized bathroom.Breakfast was alright with average sized portions of hot food but there wasn’t any hash browns. The leisure centre was very good,the pool depth was 3ft (1m) on the shallow side and the deep end was 4ft (1.2m). Children were also able to enjoy the saunas and jacuzzis if they were above the age of 8.

First time we have had a hotel before a holiday flight, and we will definitely do this again and stay here. Rooms were lovely and clean, modern and had all that we needed. Can't fault the staff at reception and Emma in the bar was attentive and very efficient. Fabulous all round! Thank you

Very clean bedding. Comfortable pillows and topper. So much so, my friend intends to purchase some for his own home. Plenty of sachets for hot drinks, including decaf coffee and fruit tea. Staff friendly and helpful. Perfect location for flying from East Midlands.

Great option if you have an early flight out of East Midlands. Airport is just 5 minutes walk away. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Food is available at the hotel, usual hotel prices.
