Over the past year, I’ve been a regular guest at this hotel. The staff, across all departments, have unfailingly offered very impressive levels of service. They have always been friendly, helpful, engaging and professional. |The guests that I bring to the hotel through my work are invariably impressed and also effusive in their praise of the staff. |The hotel is clearly popular and consequently often very busy, however this exceptional staff team are highly capable and seemingly unflappable. Staff are very accommodating, I asked if they could store my bag prior to check-in (so i could go off and explore unencumbered) and they offered to check me in early. The room was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. I didnt get a chance to use the restaurant/bar, I was only staying 1 night , but I liked the appearance and ambiance when I passed.

The staff at the Leonardo are very friendly and nothing is too much if you have any questions. The room was spacious,plenty of plug sockets and USB ports, comfy bed and great facilities. The hotel is in a great location and they can hold your luggage on check out day for a few hours so you can still walk around the city centre. Would recommend 👌

Hotel is nice in a good location. breakfast was ok nothing special, lacked flavour but the selection was good and so was the coffee.
Rooms were good exactly what you’d expect. Beds a bit narrow (I’m 6ft2”…) but comfy enough.
WiFi was good and free. Good location too close to shops and town centre. Pleasant stay overall.

Fantastic hotel. The room was clean and tidy. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I had a small double room which had everything I needed for a one night stay. It's only a short walk to the city centre. I would definitely use this hotel again. If you order room service there is a £6 charge for them bringing it to your room, or can go and collect it, which I did as I thought that the charge was a little steep.

Staying at Leonardo is the most wonderful experience. Food was great,Service was excellent. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Lyma and Sarah the F&B manager always been very hospitable.Thank you team Leonardo for your great service and hospitality.

I had a good 6-night stay on business trip, staff were really friendly and professional.
Bed was very comfy and had good night sleep throughout. Room was clean and loved the welcome chocolate. Iron and ironing board provided too, so handy.

Meals were delicious. Thank you 🙏🏼

The hotel is right beside Triangle car park which is convenient and about a 5 minute walk to the shops with places like Space NK and Hollister. Public bar area was nicely done and check-in very easy despite it being busy with Exeter uni open day visitors. We stayed on the first floor and unfortunately the carpet on the corridor was very stained. The room for three of us was pretty cramped given the price of the room and there were hairs stuck to the walls behind the shower curtain which was grim. Decent beds/bedding, one of the bath towels had a hole in it and despite air con it was stuffy. A minor notch up from a Premier Inn.
