We only stayed 1 night here but we will be coming back again definitely. 2 rooms booked for 4 of us. Our room was upgraded free with was a great surprise. Complimentary Kit Kats and Pepsi Max in the mini fridge. Both rooms were very clean and spacious. All staff we spoke to were extremely friendly too.

The rooms are comfy and well appointed, staff were friendly and helpful. We didn't eat in the Marco restaurant but the bar food was really nice. Very good facilities and a big free car park, an excellent hotel.

We hired a room for a business event over 3 days. The staff were very attentive and accommodating, especially Yvonne, who layed out our lunch.

The rooms were clean and had a good supply of stationery and water.

The highlight of our stay was made by the very kind and helpful staff! On reception Emmy, Beth and Pradth (hope I have spelt correctly). Aaron and Jamie at the grill restaurant. Kane, Lucy and Libby at the fitness and pool centre. Lovely staff at breakfast. Housekeeping and in particular a night member of staff who I did not catch the name of who went above and beyond. Another member of staff (again I'm afraid I did not catch the name of who brought us a heater in case we were not warm enough given the snow and heavy rain. ||The executive rooms are spacious and clean. The bath fills up ever so quickly! ||The pool is clean with steam room, sauna and jacuzzi. Although you must book an hour session as it's not a big pool but the whole area does feel well maintained. ||This is my 3rd visit here and I will be coming again!

The hotel was decent overall, but a few issues stood out. The postcode provided took us to Miller & Carter instead of the hotel, which was frustrating. The pool and showers were disappointingly cold, making the leisure facilities less enjoyable. Rooms were comfortable enough, but the experience could have been better with more attention to detail.

Food was fantastic and rooms were nice. The hotel has massive function rooms which is a problem trying to get a table for food or even a beer at the bar. The week I stayed there, there was 4 days worth of functions going on, which made it extremely difficult to get some food. Would have been nice to be pre warned by reception so I could have worked around this.

I recently stayed at the Leonardo Hotel in Hinckley and had a mixed experience. Starting with the positives, the rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and a clean, modern bathroom that had excellent water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was enjoyable, offering a good variety of options to start the day, and the parking facilities were sufficient and easy to use. The staff were another highlight—super helpful and friendly throughout my stay.

However, there were a few downsides. The hotel’s location is quite isolated, situated on an A road/motorway, making it inconvenient if you want to explore or access amenities nearby. Another inconvenience was the barrier system; you need a new code from reception every day to exit the car park, which felt unnecessarily cumbersome.

Additionally, the hotel can get noisy, as it seems to cater primarily to events, Christmas parties, and conferences. While this might be fine for some, it can be disruptive for guests seeking a quieter stay. The rooms were also quite cold during the evenings, and although electrical heaters were provided, they took a few hours to warm up the space properly.

Overall, it’s a decent hotel with great staff and facilities, but the location, noise, and heating issues might not make it ideal for everyone.

Booked on the Wowcher family offer. Very friendly staff on arrival. Room was very spacious and clean and loved the two double beds instead of a signed for the children as it’s much more comfortable. |Pool was lovely and nice and warm. |Evening meal nice and was given extra special treatment by Chaz due to the coffee machine cleaning he offered to bring them up to our room to save waiting and offered two free drinks for our girls which was a nice treat and excellent customer service. Thanks chaz!The little things make such a difference when travelling with children. ||We would recommend!
