I was at the hotel for the evening reading a book in the bar. Over the hours I was there, Michelle tended to everything I needed with a smile and was so polite. I had a query about my food and she went to check with the chef like it was no effort at all, which was really lovely. I was very grateful as it had been an emotional day but her kindness was fantastic! Thanks Michelle! 😊

The hospitality was excellent mentions log to the manager Vinoma Collom-Hawcroft her polite efficient helpful manners during our stay. I would go back to see her to make us feel welcomed.|The room was comfortable greeting was excellent. I currently keep returning for breaks at any Leonardo hotel because of such great experience from your manager. The reception staff were lovely. Room was a good size. The beds are amazing! I ended up oversleeping.The down sides were the water pressure and ventilation system. The hot water in the sink had a very slow flow and the show pressure was poor. The ventilation system did not work, however a portable heater was provided. The only problem with that was if it got too hot, there was no way of cooling the room.Besides all of that I would stay here again.

Stayed here for one night to get most of the journey done before a morning Gatwick flight. Only a short walk from East Croydon station which links to Gatwick in c15mins.|Hotel was clean and comfortable, great sized room with a comfy bed and nice to have option of both a bathtub and shower.|Breakfast had a good range of options although pastries were bitesize not full size and there were no hash browns despite them being advertised on the menu. Still plenty of choice and I filled up for the day of travel.|When walking from the train station the hotel is a bit hidden behind others, so some clearer/bigger signage might help.|My room had a view out over a building site. This wasn't an issue for me as I arrived in the evening after work had stopped and needed to be at the airport so was up before work started in the morning, but might disturb if you wanted a lie in.||Overall I enjoyed my stay and would book again for future Gatwick flights.

The room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfy, but I cannot get over the fact that the shower is fixed and above your head, so it’s kind of difficult to wash your feet in there.
Other big pluses are the fact that you can get to London in 30 mins with the train and you have a few shops within walking distance.

Our favourite hotel in London! Immaculately clean, super warm and friendly, great prices, super comfort, tasteful design! Friendly and professional staff, everyone is so great: the front desk team, the bar and restaurant team, the cleaners!!! Top location just a few steps from the station!

The ladies at the front desk were very rude.
Instead of having my booking confirmation from Agoda they refused to accept it and kept denying that they can’t see the booking in their system. Agoda helped me rebook and generated a fresh booking ID and still they couldn’t locate my booking. They were insisting to get a new booking done via them right over the counter which was way expensive than the price I booked the hotel for.
I wasted 1.5 hours standing at the reception calling Agoda and dealing with these guys at the reception. Delay in check-in lead to delays in my plans and missed my appointment somewhere which was non-refundable.

Highly disappointed, will not recommend.
