We stayed recently for 2 nights, the location is fantastic near shops and restaurants too!

The hotel has many rooms and floors, lifts were great and staff friendly.
The room was clean and to a good enough standard. The rooms are dated, but we didn't pay a great deal, so they were perfect. Shampoo, body wash, and liquid soap provided.

The room was cleaned, and all great!
The only letdown is the breakfast. It was poor.
Bacon had clearly been there for hours, along with the breads and potatoes.
The only fruit was water melon. Croissants were hard, too. Come on, I expect better than this!
Bar area and seating is lovely.
Parking out the front with a mix of coloured pay zones.
But all in all it was a lovely stay and we'd stay here again.

||Not sure why certain reviews were complaining. Hotel was immaculate clean, staff were extremely friendly. My room was spotless and perfect, maybe because I had booked an executive room I pretty much had everything and more.. complimentary 1pm check in and 2pm checkout , drinks and chocolate in fridge and tea coffee and biscuits. Lovely toiletries and spacious room. So I have nothing to complain about. Even bar staff and breakfast staff and security were so lovely . Breakfast was a lovely choice of everything. Fried eggs scrambled poached or boiled. Leonardo breakfast always have great choices, lobby area was a lovely area to just chill. Would highly recommend this hotel along with all the leonardo's I have stayed at. Pleasure to stay with them.||Nothing not to like tbh.||Executive King Room||1 night · January 2025||

The hotel itself is fine, everything's up to a good standard
But....
Twice I've been here fir a function, the beer from the 1st floor bar on both occasions has tasted off, like it's been sat there for ages or if the pipes not been cleaned, and it's not cold enough.

The breakfast was good
But...
No hash browns on a fry up? They've for some bizarre reason been replaced with roasted new potatoes..... At breakfast?

3rd time here but was my least enjoyable one. Have stayed here before so I know it’s a good hotel and very clean BUT in this occasion the room was freezing cold and when I called the front dish no one was answering and after trying for 45 mins I had to go down and see why. They said they will put it in from downstairs and to wait 45 mins but it was still really cold. Took over 5 hours to eventually get the heating on and working. Horrible experience and very disappointed with this. Apart from that yes the hotel is good, reasonable and great location.

I found the room lovely and spacious for the price. There is no fridge but there is coffee, water, tea and biscuits. The location is great and the onsite bar is lovely. My room was nice and clean. I couldn't hear my neighbours except when they are in the hallway and the hotel seemed quiet enough. The breakfast has a good selection and the dining area wasn't too crowded in the morning. The elevator makes a worrying noise and the light flickers as the lift sometimes shakes which was a bit scary. Also the bathroom does not come with anything complimentary. If you forget toothpaste or a toothbrush you have to go down and buy from the lobby, I found that a bit scabby but other than that I cant fault the place. I would stay here again.

Housekeeping should never enter while guests are inside the room. However as I was sitting down I heard the door open and it was the guy from house keeping. When I saw him his face was shocked. I asked him “Why did you enter without permission?” he didn't even have the courtesy to apologise or say a word and went in another room. I dont think he understands English I spoke to front desk and they were not helpful. I do not feel safe in this hotel to leave any expensive belongings or leave the room unattended as I’m shocked and disheartened that I had this experience especially with my wife in the room and in such a nice area which is usually safe. I work in Milton Keynes and have many clients. However I will not be returning to this hotel again. Very disappointing!

It's a perfectly good hotel for a business trip but it's got a bit of a dated feel to it. Buttons in the lift missing, bathroom decor old and worn and Artex ceilings. It was comfortable and clean though.

Breakfast was also fine but not amazing. Coffee from automated machine wasn't good. Croissants were the super small ones and a bit dry.

It was about £150 for the night on a Wednesday, so quite expensive for the quality I think.

Last minute booking, very rapid check in and got bigger better room than we had booked. Very clean and so well located for evening beer/eating/drinking. On site breakfast buffet with generous selection.
