Rooms are good but the shower is a letdown. Location is excellent, walkable from the railway station as well as to the city centre. Roadworks nearby for the next few months so it's more difficult to get to and from the hotel, which they should be telling us upfront but don't.

Excellent value for money. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very nice and the staff could not do enough to ensure the visit was enjoyable. I have seen other reviews complaining about the bar food. We didn't eat in the bar but we could smell fajitas on another table and they smelled delicious!

Really good hotel. Stayed in an exec room. Lovely decor, loads of space and a huge and very comfy bed. Fridge in room also handy. Communal parts of hotel really nicely decorated and lit to give it a welcoming feel. Would recommend to fellow business travellers and others.

My partner and I had to book in last minute as our car was written off by a boy racer , obviously not an ideal situation.

But Colin and his team were incredible, he showed so much empathy for our situation and made what was a horrible experience much better, all the staff were chatty, friendly and were so helpful and understanding.

I've never been to Swindon but if I come back I'll be staying here as the service was above and beyond. Thanks everyone there (sorry if its spelled Collin)

We stay quite a lot when we visit friends and plan a night out. The hotel is spotless, welcoming,warm and friendly especially the lively receptionist Jaime. She really is a credit to the hotel. Always friendly and can’t do enough. |The breakfast is definitely worth it. So much to choose from and a great variety of teas and coffees. The rooms are exceptional and comfy with all you need for your stay. |Highly recommend if you’re staying at this end of the woods.

Fantastic stay! The reception was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the start. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable. A perfect place to relax and unwind. Highly recommended!

Ideal setting. Can walk to local restaurants (would recommend Fratellos).. even though the room was overlooking the main road sound was minimal..|We only had a drink at the bar...did not eat here..|Staff helpful|Parking is £6.00 for 24 hours.

We stayed here for one night as seeing a comedian at the arts centre.

The staff were friendly and we were given some drinks and coffee vouchers on arrival. Car park £6.00 overnight which is cheap.

The room was comfortable and warm and clean.

Would stay again if visiting Swindon
