We had an amazing stay at this hotel, honestly the best hotel experience I have ever had. The reception staff, particularly Harshitha was lovely and very accommodating, she made us feel very welcome. The room was very clean, aesthetic and wonderfully made for a birthday surprise. I am very thankful for all the staff who were all kind and provided excellent service throughout the whole of our stay. The facilities and interior of the hotel was beautiful, with my favourite features being the spa and executive suite, where Melinda provided wonderful service. I am beyond pleased with my stay and thank you so much to the hotel for making my stay so special. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be visiting again soon!

Everything was excellent, the room was excellent, the breakfast was superb, at first I thought it wasn't a big hall, but in the end I was surprised, they have over 100 tables for eating, I got an omelet for breakfast every time within 5 minutes. perfect means the breakfast is perfect💞 At the entrance of the hotel you always have cold water, flavored water + various cookies, I didn't use the pool but my friends used the pools and they were very satisfied, the hotel is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood within reach of everything from 10 to 30 minutes. on foot, the hotel is located right next to the cathedral, all of you Paul bus station at 30 m, the beds were very comfortable and big, and the room is very spacious🤩

Love this hotel. The staff at reception and in the restaurant excellent. The public rooms are well appointed and are both comfortable and relaxing. So much so that it wasn't worth upgrading to have use of the executive lounge which was very disappointing. The extras offered of undrinkable wine/limited spirits (i.e. flavored gin one of three spirits on offer) and various snacks were not worth the upgrade. The breakfast was excellent in variety and quality.

Beautiful hotel! The location was great — close to everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable, and breakfast was absolutely delicious. The whole stay was relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again! The restaurant is yum and many restaurants nearby.

Impeccable service at the front desk by Harshitha. She was so welcoming and talked me through my 3 day stay and ensured I’d have everything I’d need throughout. The view out of my window was insane, honestly worth watching the sunrise/set if you get a chance. The location is perfect and I felt so safe walking to nearby cafes & shops. I would definitely stay again.

Fantastic location next to St Paul’s and easy walking distance to the Tate, Borough Markets, Globe and restaurants and pubs. The rooftop bar was great. We stayed in an executive room with lounge access which provided good value. The gym and pool areas are first class.

I did not stay here but attended a conference day. The hotel is a great venue with plenty of space for large events. I was delighted with the free cloakroom, having arrived with baggage. Staff were polite and helpful. Drinks at the bar were expensive (£4.50 for a cup of tea) but good quality and service.
