For my partner's birthday I booked a plant-based Moroccan cookery class with Lerato in Eastbourne. I cannot speak highly enough of Lerato, who is both an excellent chef and teacher. I can't believe I had a hand in making the delicious dishes we later sat down to enjoy. What really made the evening special was Lerato herself, who is warm, funny and engaging. The whole evening really exceeded expectations.

Lerato is a warm host and we had an amazing time at her pop up restaurant, so when we had a big family celebration, I couldn't think of anyone else to create a variety of elegant canapés and wholesome yet contemporary food for us. Her use of African spices & British seasonal foods was appreciated by our eclectic mix of family and friends. If you want something truly special created just for you, this is just the treat for you.

I enjoyed the Moroccan cookery experience very much, everything was done in a simple way but really tasty. Lerato is really friendly, easy going and felt v much at home. The food cooked was delicious, especially Harissa, my favourite! Also cooked veg tagine, and a veg side dish too. Thanks again Lerato
