Erin and the whole Lettice team were amazing to work with for our wedding. Nothing was too much trouble in the planning and they were always on hand with advice and suggestions . The whole team were incredible on the day - from ensuring the room setup was perfect with other suppliers to the seamless service throughout the day. The food itself is out of this world - so delicious and beautifully presented (we've been repeatedly told it was the best wedding breakfast our guests have ever had!). They helped make our day really special and couldn't recommend them more.

Holly single-handedly made planning our Welcome Wedding Party at Hedsor House a pleasure! She really perfected the Bridgeton vibes with the perfect dreamy peach and muted blue tones throughout. The tablescape was absolutely gorgeous and the food was even better!! From cocktails in the gardens to the most memorable sit-down lunch to our fun late-night dinner.. Holly completely understood the assignment. In fact, the entire Lettice Events team was lovely; they exceeded our expectations and we would pick them again in a heartbeat.

Lettice were referred to us to cater for our wedding and from beginning to end, they were exceptional!

The wedding was fairly DIY with a large marquee and 120 guests in our back garden. Lettice were on hand to help with everything from decorating to timings. For us, the wedding buffet was a top priority and Lettice blew everyone away with the quality and variety on offer.

The canapés at the reception were exceptional with the mini-pork baos and szechuan chicken nugget our favourites. For the wedding breakfast, we had nduja tortellini followed by a sirloin with a beef fat rosti. Vegetarians had ricotta and spinach tortellini followed by stuffed courgette flower. Everyone was served at the same time, the quality was great and everything was hot, despite the tight space that we could offer for the kitchen.

Holly's planning was outstanding, and on the day Jonty couldn't have done more for us. Jonty really was a legend on the day, making sure we always had drinks and switching up the drinks service when things started to slow down. We really felt looked after and would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone looking for a caterer!

Holly and her team were immaculate on our wedding weekend at Wilderness Reserve. They left us to enjoy our day, whilst they sorted everything and contacted all our suppliers. The staff were flawless and our guests will be talking about the food for a long, long time; from the champagne and canapés to the wedding breakfast.
