We had a perfect 5 night stay here whilst doing the Crieff Cloverleaf motorcycle routes. We booked 3 rooms and our accommodation was immaculate and the hosts Duncan & Nicola are very helpful and customer focused, Duncan & Nicola recommended some great eateries for us and booked a table for us whilst we were out for the day.
Great breakfasts ordered the night before and for us it was enough to not need much for lunch.
The rooms were large, lovely decor and very comfortable. Plenty of storage for clothing and our bike gear and also plenty of brew making kit (loved the bonus Tunnocks bars)
They even have parking at the rear for the bike, a great result.
Would highly recommend and if we come up again we would have no hesitation in booking again. Book direct to save online companies taking a cut - support this fantastic local business.

We were up in the area on a motorcycle tour and had a simply beautiful experience. A wonderful family hotel with spacious and luxurious rooms, all decorated and in the style of the local area. Comfy bed, decent shower and a kettle for hot coffee - sheer luxury!! A short walk in to the Town Centre for local restaurants and pubs made it very useful. The hosts were very helpful and friendly without being overly pushy, the breakfast as divine each morning and all in all, highly recommended. We will be back!!

Lovely place with very friendly and informative owners. Our room at the front, top floor was lovely with a great view of the mountains in the distance.|Well stocked hospitality tray and two wine glasses for if we wanted a little snifter|Very comfortable bed with hair dryer and ironing board available if needed. |My vegan diet breakfast request was beautifully catered for as were my non vegan family.|Would definitely stay here again

I stayed at Leven House for four nights whislt riding the Crieff Cloverleaf.|Our hosts were very welcoming and attentive to their guests, checking eveything was OK each day. Breakfast was well cooked and set us up well for the day ahead. My room was quiet and clean with a comfortble bed. |Being in Scotland, rain is inevitable and our hosts dried our riding gear overnight, service beyond that expected.|Sitting on the patio admiring the view on our last night with fish and chips simply finished our visit to Scotland nicely.|Very happy with my stay.|Thank you.

We had a comfortable 2-day stay in this beautiful house and enjoyed a good hot breakfast each morning. Being able to sit in the garden with fabulous views across to the distant mountains was a bonus, as we had warm, sunny days. The owners are lovely people, helpful and friendly with advice if you need it on where to eat and places to see.||The only downside for us was the size of the room which was a small double with no drawers or wardrobe (just 4 large hooks on the wall) so we were living out of the suitcase for the couple of days we were there. It wasn't a major issue, but in hindsight, I would have a bigger room next time.||The location was very good, a 3 minute walk into the centre of Crieff to some great restaurants. Our favourite was Craobh (pronounced 'kroov') and also Delivino.

Great location for exploring Perthshire. Nicola and Duncan are attentive hosts providing a substantial selection for breakfast, considerate to time needs, and helpful advice on the area.

March 2025||Third visit, would return again|I have stayed here before, this time as a couple with my wife, on a trip for our wedding anniversary, We were made welcome straight away by Duncan and Nicola.||Leven House is situated just off the main town centre on the A85, and is a short walk from all the town bars and restaurants||Our room had been made up as a double, the en-suite included a powerful shower over a bath for those needing a soak after a busy day. There was ample storage and hanging space for clothes.|Food at breakfast is freshly prepared to order by Duncan, your let him know what you want the night before, and chose a time so that he does not get overwhelmed with orders all at the same time.|There is a private car park to the rear of the house, this is accessed by 31 steps [ we counted !] which may be dificult for people with mobility issues. Outside the house on the road are parking bays which are charged for by the local council during the day, but are free between 18.00 and 06.00|The only mark down is the one for location and is very minor. Leven House is situated just off the town centre so handy for all amenities. However the rooms at the front of the house overlook the main A85 road which can be a bit noisy at times if you are a light sleeper. However the rooms at the front have a wonderful view.|The house is clean,tidy and well presented and all staff are courteous and helpful, |I would recommend Leven House to all and would definitely return to Crieff and Leven House.
