Had a amazingly beautiful massage of Suzanne on Monday her treatment room is beautiful and Suzanne is so welcoming and lovely , treatment bed is heated and comfortable I could of driffted off a few times I felt so relaxed, would 1000% recommend lilspa ? see you in July for my next treatment .

Suzanne was recommended to me and with good reason - she's amazing. I've been to various people over the years to sort out my knotty back, Suzanne is the only one I've repeatedly gone back to because her massages help me so much. Her salon is pristine, super hygienic, cosy and welcoming. She's professional, truly knows what she's doing and is really approachable, just feels like chatting to a friend. I'm always gutted when it's over! Recommend 100%.

Utterly brilliant. I go to Suzie every 4 or 5 weeks for a full body massage, a steam facial, and a derma plane treatment. She is exceptional. She takes the utmost care with me, giving me a careful pre-treatment consultation and checking out my personal needs (for example I have dry skin and eczema so she checks her products thoroughly to make sure they're appropriate).

Her treatment room is intimate and relaxing, with mint-scented treatment space and calming music. The products she uses throughout the massage feel amazing, and she is very firm without causing unbearable pain (some massages I have had in the past from others have knocked me sick! Never anything like that here). I have had many instances of her "unlocking" areas of trapped pain and I always walk away feeling better.

Onto her steam facials which are my favourite part. An extremely thorough and pleasant experience - the steam feels (and smells!) incredible, she goes through and clears every pore, she massages the sinuses, and her products are again just so delightful. I always walk away with gorgeous, glassy-feel skin. I also have her derma plane treatment and she doesn't miss a hair!

I also buy Suzie's "Regenerating hemp seed face oil" which I swear by. I use it every morning as part of my regular routine to deeply moisturise my face, neck, and chest. It smells lovely and you can put primer/makeup on top without it slipping!

Finally, the atmosphere Suzie is always just what you need. We chatter, because we are both chatty people and we like to work that way. But there have been times when I've been really tired and asked for a quiet treatment, and she has provided a gentle and calming environment. She gets to the heart of what her customers want, and she delivers, without fail, every single time!

I have been a customer of Suzanne's for the last couple of years now and I've had a variety of her treatments including massages, facials, manicures and pedicures, as well as waxing. Every appointment I've had has always been throughly relaxing and we always end up having fun and laughing during the treatments. Regardless of what the treatment is, I'm always so impressed with the result.

I'm also a big fan of the LilSpa bare face sponges as well as the cleansing balm and hemp seed oil. I've managed to get several people to fall in love with the amazing facial sponges.
