Lily’s Cafe in Seaview was unexpectedly lovely and cosy inside. The photos on Google Maps don’t do it justice! The staff were friendly and accommodating. I had an iced Americano and my usual iced vanilla latte with oat milk, and to my delight, the vanilla syrup was sugar-free. The cakes were moist and delicious, but the real highlight was the food. The sourdough toast open-faced sandwiches were scrumptious—we cleaned our plates! We tried the chicken avocado and the vegan hummus avocado sourdough toast. If you are ever in Seaview, you must stop by!

Absolutely fantastic cafe. Lovely coffee, food and service. We had a slice each of a “posh bread pudding” mash up consisting of pain au chocolate, pain au raisin and almond croissant, I guess using up previous days leftovers. What a brilliant idea and absolutely delicious served warm with whipped cream.

Over the years of visiting the island we have been to this place a number of times.
The homemade cakes are lovely and you can tell they are authentic. Totally recommend the victoria sponge or lemon drizzle cake. Absolutely the best I've tasted 🙂

As an update-we have visited the island again, and of course have been regular customers at Lily's for the past 6 days. Their homemade sausage rolls and cakes are still delicious! I also tried a piece of fruity flapjack today. Again, a quality homemade treat.
Staff are all polite and friendly as always. The more senior members of staff always remember us and take the time to have a chat. They always make us feel welcome.
Totally recommend this place.

Super cute cafe, friendly service, nice music and deco. The selection of homemade cakes is great, the cakes are super yummy and omg the coffee is actually so good I didn’t believe it! Nice range of breakfast options too.

Lovely little cafe off Seaview front. Excellent Chorizo sausage roll....friendly and helpful staff.
Issues with WiFi though, however poor in entire island.

We arrived just before closing time but all the staff were extremely accommodating. We’d missed the lunch service but it didn’t matter as we all enjoyed cake and fabulous coffee. I had the apple crumble cake with homemade custard and I have never eaten a more delicious cake, thank you! I wish I lived there to try out all the fabulous food, next time though!

Lovely cafe in Seaview which I return to every year when visiting. The flapjack is to die for. I’m fussy about my coffee but this meets my expectations!
