Booked the two rooms for a two night stay for a wedding nearby. The general decor of the farmhouse was authentic and beautiful. The beds and bedding were fantastic. We all agreed it was the best nights sleep ever. Worth staying just for the fantastic breakfast provided by Caroline, who together with her husband Keith made us feel very welcome and at ease. I highly recommend this accommodation.

A beautiful quiet home in the countryside. |Our stay was in the twin room with ensuite. Very comfortable beds, lovely outlook from the windows. Bathroom with large bath to soak and relax in. |Breakfast each morning was a highlight. Caroline uses fresh eggs from her chickens and makes a very tasty fruit salad fresh each morning. |Caroline is an excellent host, friendly and readily goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is as enjoyable and carefree as possible. |We had 5 nights at Lime Trees and enjoyed it very much.|Our only request is that fresh milk is left in the room for tea or coffee.||Thank you Caroline and Keith for sharing your beautiful home.

Keith and Caroline are wonderful hosts and our experience was nothing short of brilliant. Lovely breakfast, lovely bed, 2 amazing doggos, convenient location = a very enjoyable stay.

I wish the shower was more powerful, but I'm nitpicking

Wow, what a find!! |We were visiting Oxford and usually go for a hotel but on this occasion, Limes Trees Farm came up on the listings and after reading the reviews, we decided to book for our trip.|To say we weren't disappointed is an understatement.|We had a two night stay and first impression was great. It was made even better when we were welcomed by Boots the dog, a little terrier who is as cute as can be.|The room was clean, airy and the bed was very comfortable, we slept like babies!!|When we went down for breakfast the next morning, Caroline looked after us like family. We were sat at her (rather large) kitchen table while she was preparing breakfast so we had an opportunity to chat. We opted for the full English on the first day and it was fabulous. The eggs are fresh from their own free range chickens and were perfectly poached. Her husband Keith came in while we were having breakfast and, again, was very welcoming, what a charming couple!!|We sat for a lot longer than we normally do for a breakfast just chatting over coffee and as such, we really felt like we'd visited family and not a business.|This is one place that I would recommend without hesitation and if we ever need accommodation in this area, we'll definitely be booking again.

Nice characteristic farmhouse - got exactly what we were looking for. Wooden beams throughout, a deep bath and a great location. Very cosy bed in our room with great garden (&pond) views. Caroline and Paul were nice welcoming hosts and happy to talk local attractions. We'll look for this next time we stay near Bicester

Call it a relaxing experience or a home away from home, Lime trees has become an annual appointment for us. Typically a 7 night stay with a delicious breakfast every morning, welcoming hosts and a large comfortable room with amazing views of green. This is the perfect place to unwind whilst being conveniently located minutes from Bicester village, and less than an hour away from the cotswolds and even closer than that to the iconic Oxford. Parking is certainly not a problem and the premises are safe, meticulously kept and welcoming.||Thank you Caroline & Keith for the amazing experience!

A really wonderful stay. A home from home experience, however, much nicer than our home! Lovely property, fantastic hosts and a banging breakfast. Lovely selection of fresh fruits and full cooked too. |Would definitely stay again.
