The shame of England ! The worth hotel of London, no hot water in the 2 very small bathroom. Alarm is ringing days and nights, broken windows. Oyo don’t take into consideration any complaints. With 6 people we wait 2 hours in the street to get access code. Don’t come here please, at 101 Warwick way, the hotel name is changing frequently

Location is brilliant, however, the room was dirty in my opinion and needed a lot of work. In the upper stairwell before you enter the rooms themselves, there were these floorboards above our head which were exposed and they looked rotten. I didn’t feel all that safe walking under it.
In my room, bits of the ceiling paint were cracked and on the carpet, some of the walls had huge holes in them stuffed with rubbish. In terms of the bathroom, it was tiny (cupboard sized) and had mould growing all over it, especially on the door. I know that these rooms are cheap, however, I would at least expect a clean room to stay in - without any (potentially health concerning) mould. I think this hotel needs a lot of work doing to it. The staff were friendly at least.

omg we entered a hotel by a crazy Chinese lady who was rude ....alarm bells ringing as we entered the room we was shocked at the disgusting room and showers etc .... it was late after our flight and jet lagged we suffered it we went for dinner nearby and upon entering to retire for the night we was approached by resident crack heads pouring out the rooms to go to another room to score and was asking if we were coning after a horrific night listening to doors banging etc and clearly hear them dealing all night we observed that the hotel owner was aware of this and clearly in on it when approached and questioned she asked us to leave and we demanded a refund which she would not do and slammed the door ..... do not enter this premises should be shut down

The host was very kind and welcoming.
The guest house itself is basic but for the price completely fair.
Clean bed, TV, kettle (tea/coffee etc)
The location is great, the road is not too busy so it was an undisturbed sleep. ?
Just a 5 minute walk from Victoria station and nearby restaurants.
The building on the inside could use a touch of decorating.
Overall happy with my stay and would return.

I was looking for:||* a place that was situated very close to the centre of London (10-15 minute walk away), ||* close to a major train station where we could come into London from Hampshire (Victoria - 10 minutes away) ||* close to the underground (Victoria and Pimlico - Zone 2 and 10 minutes away). I planned to stay in London from Tuesday to Thursday with my two children and see the sights. ||* I needed free wifi ||* I wanted luggage storage so I could get into London early, dump the bags off and see London then return later to check in and also at the end, check out, leave the luggage, spend the day in London, then collect the luggage and go home in the evening.||* I wanted somewhere clean with comfortable beds and private washing/showering facilities.||* And above all, I needed it to be as cheap as possible.||||This hotel met all over the above criteria. After researching, I found that anything else in this location would have cost much, much more. On the understanding that you get what you pay for, I came to the hotel with suitably set expectations and yes, it was scruffy, damaged in places and under-maintained, but it was clean, quiet, with nice bed linen and towels, a good shower and very friendly and helpful staff. The wifi worked and my family and I all slept well, ready for another day in London. There is nothing more I could have asked of the place. Like I say, you get what you pay for but I feel the hotel really delivered in all the important ways it should have. If you set your expectations accordingly, then perhaps it will work out for you too as well as it did for us (my two teenage children and me).

I don´t usually write reviews but I have to. I don´t want anybody else to have this horrible experience. The worst place I´ve ever been to, can´t be called a hotel.Everything was dirty, old, shabby.Paper walls with holes, dirty carpet with stains, pigeons excrements behind the window.Nothing looks like in the photos. No room, you have to squeeze into the bathroom. We had to move out after two nights because we couldn´t bare it. I can´t understand how such a place can be still opened. Don´t go there!

The place is a dump. It falls short of just basic accommodations. TV's don't work "because of windy weather" and lady was nice enough to move me to another room (on the third floor dragging luggage upstairs was fun). A full bed was just two twins pushed together was actually a bit comical tbh. Shower was down the hall and had to be quick because the drain was clogged and water was overflowing. I told management and it wasn't something they got on right away. Next day, same issue. Restroom on the third floor is a closet where you can barely squeeze in and I'm not a large person so if you have long legs then better be on top of your yoga.

It's in Chelsea and walking distance to Victoria bus station as well as some good restaurants and Buckingham Palace and so forth but not worth the stay. The owners were really nice people at least and although I hate to give them a bad review, they did take my money and they are running a business so there's that. Bottom line is you get what you pay for and when you choose to go low budget you roll the dice and take your chances.
