I searched high and low, I had very specific expectations around the product, service, delivery, and ongoing support for my holiday let “Beach Haven” at Anderby Creek, Lincs. With 10 miles of beach on your doorstep, I needed a WOW factor to impress and relax all of my guests; to set our home aside from all the rest. Along came Andrea at Lincolnshire Pools & Spas. Firstly, buying Jacuzzi direct from an official distributor is a little like buying a car from a main dealer. OTHERS had little or no substance other than the commission they’d receive. Andrea however, oozes experience, expertise, and ever so modestly too. And like cars, Jacuzzi is the Rolls Royce in the industry, with reliability and product quality being second to none. The cost was fair based on this quality, buy cheap by twice; however the perfectly timed and delivered as promised after sales support is worth twice what I paid. Further, not once over the past year, has Andrea not immediately called me and assisted on the smallest of “user” requests I’ve made. Be it chemical assistance regards water quality or absolutely anything else! I know I have an expert who will look after me, and not just weekdays… Andrea is there Sundays too for me. The install was blissfully easy, training and set up made it child’s play. Don’t let sales people distract you, don’t shop around, remove any anxiety; simply call Andrea and enjoy.

Great experience at every interaction. Decided to stop by the showroom on a Sunday after research online, wanting to look at the Jacuzzi tubs. We were welcomed by Cameron and Lydia who were brilliant. Super knowledgeable and passionate about the products they had on show. No sales pitch just demonstrated a clear understanding of the products and the desire to provide a great customer experience. We decided to purchase our new Tub which was delivered and installed within a couple of weeks which was ace. Cameron and Lydia were brilliant and the reason that we chose to purchase. They were great with including our daughter in the process and even gave her a little gift which she noticed in the display cabinet which she was super pleased with and looking forward to using. Andera called to arrange installation and worked magic to coordinate an install date around our holidays which despite adding pressure to their own workload and processes, they absolutely delivered. Darren and Chloe arrived with the new tub and installed perfectly. Working long after what can be considered “normal working hours” to get our new tub installed. Both professional in their work and customer focussed. In a time where great service seems to lack somewhat, we can honestly say that all the contact has been brilliant. Even left us with a nice welcome gift and a mobile number to send images to if we need help with getting to grips with chemicals. Well done and thank you to you all.

Had a problem with my hot tub not working... Yesterday afternoon called and spoke to Andrea on the phone. Very friendly polite and helpful. Very quick response Darren and Andrea arrived at my home today ( next morning )called before arriving. Very friendly full of useful information and had fixed my hot tub and it was up and running in no time. Very good useful information from both of them. They certainly know about hot tubs. Both very friendly lovely people and very good price. I would highly recommend them and I would never go anywhere else if I ever have another problem with my hot tub. Thank you very much again. Brilliant service throughout. 👏 👍

Needed to replace our old hot tub of 11 years after it developed an irreparable leak. Came across this company & bought a Jacuzzi J-300. From a difficult installation to after service this company have been fantastic. They are always at the end of the phone for any trouble shooting which we didn't have with our previous hot tub. They are very knowledgeable about all things hot tub related & I would highly recommend them without any hesitation.
