Probably best b&b we have ever stayed in with the best breakfast using local produce and "Mrs M's" home made preserves and yoghurt which are all delicious. Attention to detail is first class and you would never leave here hungry!!
We were warmly welcomed on arrival and ushered into the relaxing lounge, overlooking beautiful gardens, where we were served a hot drink and biscuits.
Our room was spacious and comfortable with an excellent shower in the bathroom. There was everything we could possibly need for our stay.
On checkout we had the opportunity to purchase the homemade preserves which are excellent quality and value.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this b & b and are already planning to return next year.

As soon as we arrived Mike greeted us at the door ,showed us to the spacious lounge and offered us tea . The lounge was available for guests to use throughout your stay and had lots of books and sky tv ,as was the lovely big garden .The bedroom was clean and had everything we needed including a shower and gorgeous smelling toiletries . Breakfast was good .lots of choice just slight grumble ,as a lot of b and b’s seem to do now you have to order it the night before which is fine for me ,but not for my husband who doesn’t always know until the morning how hungry he is or what he fancies to eat, but that is just personal preference. Sue was a great hostess and very knowledgeable about the area and places of interest to visit. Plenty of parking outside the house. The location was ideal for visiting Sandringham ,Houghton Hall,Castle Rising but you definitely need a car as the local area consists of a garage and an expensive pub . Kings Lynn was approximately 20 minutes drive away where we found a few restaurants to eat at and is the nearest town. Highly recommend a stay at Linden as the hospitality was fantastic . Thank you for a lovely stay .Sharon and Martin xx

My friend and I stayed at Linden House for 3 nights recently and everything was perfect. Mike and Sue went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and nothing was too much trouble. They were so friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable, breakfasts delicious and the location ideal. We were offered the use of the lounge and garden which was an added bonus. We will certainly be returning.

We have just spent 3 nights at Linden bed and breakfast in Hillington whilst visiting the Sandringham area.
The owners and hosts, Mike and Sue greeted us with much needed refreshing cups of tea and coffee with biscuits and made us feel at home straight away.
Everything, and I do mean everything about Linden was perfect, the hosts, Mike and Sue are true masters at what they do, so friendly and knowledgable. The food, (some home made was beautiful), the rooms, its cleanliness, the surroundings were all perfect, we really couldn't fault or want for anything and we really didn't want to leave, the only consolation being is that we can look forward to our next visit which we know will be the same guaranteed relaxing experience.

Thanks again to Mike and Sue.

Beautiful B&B, great location, spotlessly clean, very warm and comfortable rooms with everything you could possibly need. Mike & Sue are great hosts with a warm, friendly welcome. Fabulous breakfast choices and everything presented with a caring touch. One of the best B&B’s we have stayed in and will certainly be our go to venue when we are next in the area, can’t rate it highly enough.

Linden B&B advertises itself as " A Haven in the Countryside". That description is perfect. After a long day of driving from Heathrow, stopping to visit a few places on the way, we arrived at Linden in the late afternoon. Mike greeted us and offered us a welcome cup of tea. We felt ready to begin our holiday!||Linden B&B is located just off the main road from King's Lynn to Cromer on the Northeast coast of Norfolk. It is situated back from the small road in front with a lovely garden with fish pond and sitting areas in the back. Our room was large with all amenities provided. The downstairs lounge was comfortable and the breakfast room airy and bright. The highlight were the jams and marmalades made by Sue from local fruits. She had jars available for purchase that made wonderful gifts.||We spent four days at Linden and had plenty to occupy us. We visited Sandringham, Houghton Hall, Blickling Hall, Walsingham, Cromer, Wells by the Sea, and even had a walking tour of King's Lynn. It was a lovely visit to Norfolk, made better by our accommodations with Sue and Mike at Linden B&B.

From the moment we arrived we were made so very welcome. We were amazed at the very high standard of the outside appearance and gardens, guests lounge, breakfast room and our en-suite bedroom. The bedroom had everything you could possibly wish for. The bathroom had high quality toiletries and an excellent shower. The choice of breakfast was endless and the quality exceptional including beautiful homemade jams and marmalades. We cannot recommend this beautiful bed and breakfast highly enough and we will be definitely returning on our next visit to Norfolk. Thank you Mick and Sue.
