DO NOT BOOK!||I booked this air B&B today to stay at while I attend Goodwood Festival of Speed in July 2025. I fully paid for the room which was £525. About an hour later I receive an email saying my booking has been cancelled due to maintenance on the property. When I go back onto Expedia they are now charging £915 for the exact same room. Avoid at all costs!

Just back home from a wonderful nights stay at Linden House.|If you are looking for somewhere to stay in West Wittering, look no further.|Russell and Lulu are great hosts and made us feel so welcome.|The bedroom was very comfortable with lots of extras, even wine in fridge which you can purchase. Lovely touches include a breakfast delivered in a hamper. Had the best mights sleep in ages. Planning a return visit for more than one night this coming summer or maybe before. Thank you Russell and Lulu we love your place.

Wow, what a beautiful place this is. We were greeted on arrival by Lulu and Russel. Shown to our lovely room, and all I can say it was absolutely spotless. So clean and bright. The breakfast hamper was fantastic. The fruit and yogurt was just out of this world. And the rest of pastries and toast were still warm and with an excellent selection of serial.|Sat out one evening in the lovely warm sunshine and the world was put to right with our neighbours drinking wine and eating cheese. |What a fantastic atmosphere in a beautiful setting. |Would I recommend it? You bet. Would I go back? In a heart beat......|Do not listen to the bad reviews, honestly this was one of the cleanest and best places we have ever stayed in. And with the genuine warm welcome from the hosts we totally enjoyed every minute. |Another good point it is only a very short drive down to the beach in ether east or west Wittering. Beautiful........

We loved everything about Linden House. The accommodation is beautiful and the hosts were perfect. It is in a beautiful area with gorgeous surroundings. Lots to do in the area by foot, car or public transport. Lots of good pubs and eateries. Even a hot tub available. Perfect retreat. The bed was so comfy we didn't want to leave. We liked it so much we extended our stay.

Linden House is the perfect West Sussex gateway. The house is beautiful and the rooms are very clean and well-kept. The location is amazing as it is close to the West Wittering beach. The hosts Russell and LuLu were friendly, extremely accommodating and very helpful.
My Partner and I had a great experience - we would definitely stay here again and would recommend in a heartbeat.

My wife and I visited Linden house for the weekend and had a lovely stay. The house and surroundings are beautiful and it was the perfect location for us to spend time visiting the national trust beaches, Bishop's Palace Gardens and evening restaurants close by. Thank you to our hosts for such a warm welcome, we look forward to coming back again.

We stayed here for 2 nights. From the moment we made our reservation to check out, Lulu and Russell made us feel so welcome. We received a complimentary room upgrade so was very fortunate to snuggle in the West Wing - a wonderful room with a wonderful view. Our hosts were super helpful in planning our walks and bus journeys (to Chichester central and beyond). The room and bed was so comfy and amenities in the room perfect. The highlight was our breakfast hamper, personally delivered to our door. It was so lovely to open the basket to a beautiful breakfast. Never experienced this before, so we were excited by this. Great comms throughout, nothing was too much trouble. Thanks for allowing us to share your beautiful home, highly recommend

What a truly glorious spot, Linden House was amazing. We stayed in the Garden Room - it had everything you could wish for. Huge comfortable bed, sofa, satellite tv, private bathroom and fridge, was spotlessly clean. Russell and Lulu are fantastic hosts (nothing was too much trouble for them), the continental breakfast was delicious and delivered bang on time. Would definitely stay there again, could not recommend enough. Fantastic area with magnificent walks and superb pubs/restaurants.
