I absolutely loved this place! We attended a wedding recently nearby. When i was looking for a place for my partner, son and i to stay there were only 2 places left. I went for this one but didn't read any reviews or look at pictures etc. When we arrived to drop our things off i couldn't believe how lovely it was! Our 2 year old wasnt supposed to be staying with us but we were let down so he had to. The owners allowed him to stay and were so kind. The bed was so comfortable. The shower was amazing! We have a TV in our room and they had tea, coffee and bottled water in the room too which was lovely. The breakfast was delicious and they had a lot of choice which was great. We ate in their conservatory and that was lovely. Everywhere in the house was spotless and the couple were really friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this place to everyone!!

We stayed here only one night. It's really close to the historic village of Lacock. Check-in is after 5 but that's not a bad thing. We had a room on the middle floor. It was very comfortable and large. We were given a key to the front door in case we wanted to venture out. Our room had a lock on the door too. Very quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was beyond anything you could believe. Full English, tea and coffee, pastries, juices, and all fresh. I would not hesitate to go here again. The owners are really nice and respectful of your privacy. Definitely a place to stay when in the Cotswolds.

Had a wonderful stay and the hosts were very friendly. Hence my husband and I have booked to stay again in the New Year. It is reasonably priced and lovely to have the extra luxuries i.e body lotions etc. Slept really well - very comfortable mattress. Breakfast was excellent in a cosy room with a log fire.

Absolutely stunning accommodation with charming hosts, nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend...... great to have fresh milk in the room with good coffee. Ask the hosts for recommendations for dinner as they sent us to The Methuen Arms in Corsham which was perfect for what we wanted.

Came across this little gem. A beautifully renovated sixteenth century farm house. 5 star quality, very comfortable room with a fabulous bathroom. All facilities available including wifi. Comfortable bed and quiet. Breakfast in the morning was first class and a wide choice of foods. Lovely hosts and very attentive. Def a place to return. |

Stayed here as a bit of a local get away. Paid £100 for a double room, breakfast included and was then charged an extra £15 for a breakfast I asked my son to join me for, not mentioned on booking.
Double room was ok for £100, says breakfast included.....very surprised and sad when charged such a massive amount for a breakfast (1 sausage, 2 eggs and 2 slices of bacon) more than the Hilton buffet.....
Clean, comfortable but sadly gold digging at its worst.

A very high standard is maintained in all areas. The highlights include the decor, the tasty breakfast, the spacious and powerful shower and the very comfy bed. In fact that is all I really require. The hosts were professional and helpful. Compared to other recent visits to other B&B's I felt the 5pm book in time was an hour late as it leaves you in the rush hour and more leaflets eg local walks to tell you what you could do could be provided. These are easily worth putting up with though for the top quality you get.
