Arrived and was greeted by the lovely Lisa who was most charming after all the introductions she showed us to our double room ( downstairs) . A lovely stay in a four poster bed and en-suite room. Lovely cosy bed ,fridge, kettle and hospitality tray. Towels included. Breakfast is cooked to order by Gos (he’s better than a Michelin star chef)Absolutely lovely hosts Lisa and Gos can’t do enough for you. Lots of local knowledge. We stay here as a base to visit Great Yarmouth. We have stayed here a couple of times and booked again. Love watching the chickens and ducks while eating our breakfast. It’s not like a b & b it’s like visiting friends. Highly recommend this Little gem in Potter Heigham.

I’ve stayed here a few times, the hosts Gos and Lisa are very welcoming, it’s like a home from home as in warm and inviting. The room is very well equipped with everything you need and the fridge is a nice touch. Having en-suite with a hug shower a bonus. The animals unique and very much a focal point, where else could you have a conversation with a parrot!? The breakfast was perfectly cooked and there was a huge choice, the eggs were freshly collected. I will be staying again. Would highly recommend.

A cheerful, friendly welcome, despite our late arrival. |Lovely room, with tea/coffee making facilities, fridge, etc. Decent size ensuite with good sized shower. Had a very good nights sleep in the comfortable four poster bed. |Breakfast served in a cosy room, overlooking the hens and ducks who provided the delicious eggs for breakfast. It was fun watching their antics, while we ate scrambled eggs and a full English - plenty of other options available, too. |Did not feel rushed in any way and we had time to meet the parrots and to have a chat with our lovely hosts, before finally gathering our belongings together and leaving. The 11.oo check out, is very generous. |Would not hesitate to return, or to recommend.

This as a hidden gem. The owners are the friendliest and most responsive I have ever seen, without any doubt.||Clean and comfortable accommodation, great atmosphere, no draconian rules, just simple, honest, comfortable and good value B&B in a wonderful location.||I would move in tomorrow, honestly. Book direct if you can, it’s cheaper and saves the owner fees.||They are AMAZING, dog friendly and just a wonderful area with pubs, a shop and food nearby. I haven’t had breakfast yet but already know it’s going to be A* ||As per their rules, no parties unless they are invited ! Loved that

I cannot fault this B&B at all. It’s almost like having an annexe rather than being in a house. Attentive owners Lisa and Gos that do not enforce draconian measures you see at some locations. They allow dogs and have fair and simple rules….. like no parties (unless they are invited)

Honestly a perfect place in a rural village but with nearby amenities. We WILL be back , unless I hide under the bed so I can stay here forever!!!

Pubs, well stocked shop another facilities nearby.

We stayed for 2 nights at Littleholme and although our room was very comfortable and had tea and coffee making facilities, as well as a fridge, it lacked a view. However, the hosts Lisa and Gos were great and had lots of local knowledge. The breakfast was delicious and encompassed fresh eggs from their own chickens and ducks. There is room to park and the property is only a short walk to Potter Heigham Bridge. If you need somewhere as a base to sleep, this is a well situated property.

We had a lovely time at Littleholme, which we used as a base to go see the seals at Horsey. Lisa and Gos were great hosts! Great breakfast each morning, and we loved meeting the chickens and ducks.

I called Lisa a couple of days before as the B&B was close to my sons football tournament, but I wasn't hopeful as there was myself and 3 young kids. Lisa said it wasn't a problem and would set a spare bed up for my eldest as the 2 youngest always share a double with me. Lisa greeted is with a lovely warm welcome and showed my very inquisitive 9 year old daughter around to see the lovely animals, chickens, ducks, geese, parrots and a cat. The beds were so comfortable and we all slept very well. The breakfast... Was simply amazing with fresh eggs from the chickens!! Coffee, tea, juice, toast and all the trimmings. Price was very reasonable and I will deffo return. I highly recommend this lovely B&B and visit the beautiful area and lovely hosts. My kids are already asking when we can go back 😁
