Lovely and helpful hosts- Carol and Jim will treat you well. They provided a great dinner recommendation too. We had a night here while walking the fife coastal path. Truly enjoyable. Comfortable room. Excellent and tasty breakfast was a perfect way to start our day.

I stayed here for one night on my driving trip of Scotland and loved this home. Jim and Carol go above and beyond to make sure you feel welcome. I had room 1 with an en-suite bathroom and a beautiful view of the sea. The room is impeccably clean, bed was extremely comfortable, plenty of hot water in the shower, and loved the little sitting area. I did not eat breakfast, but Carol was very cordial offering to have a croissant ready for me to take away since I was leaving early in the morning.|The home is located a quiet one block off from the sea and a six minute walk to most all of the restaurants. There is a grocery store (Lidl) and coffee (Costa and Greggs) on the pedestrian street, and you can also walk the boardwalk all the way to the restaurants. Bus station is a 10 minute walk, and there’s plenty of free street parking.|I would definitely return. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Had a lovely stay while visiting the Dunhill Links. Carol and Jim are very friendly and welcoming, the room was spotless and the bed was so comfy. Breakfast was really tasty and a great set up for the day. Would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting the area.

Lomond Guest House is a real 'home from home'. I had an extended stay here and felt incredibly welcomed by the lovely Carol and Jim. Their BnB is incredibly cosy and inviting in a picturesque area, with the breakfast cooked to perfection every time. Carol and Jim are attentive hosts who go out of their way to make their guests happy. They are genuinely lovely people with great recommendations/tips for anything in the area. I would 100% recommend this accommodation to anyone considering!

What more can I add to the already glowing reviews? This was just perfect and the ideal home from home. The location is perfect for peace and quiet with the beach just at the end of the road.Thanks Carol and Jim for a great weekend. I miss Leven already and will find an excuse to get back soon.

Stayed for one night during a golf trip to Fife. Wonderful & safe location next to beach, many great golf courses and very soon the newly reopened Levenmouth railway station.|A charming B&B where Carol & Jim are warm, welcoming hosts. The experience at Lomond Guest House reminded me of summer holidays of my youth. Thank you Carol & Jim.

Had a lovely 2 night stay whilst walking the Fife Coastal Path. Room was large and very comfortable and breakfast was great. Best of all was the friendliest of the hosts, nothing was too much trouble and were lovely company. Certainly recommend a stay.

Had a most enjoyable two night stay at the Lomond. Jim and Carol are wonderful hosts, and as others have said, nothing is too much trouble for them, they really make you feel welcome, (they enjoy a good laugh too!). Spotlessly clean and great breakfast. Next time I'm in Leven, I know where I'll be staying. Highly recommended.
