Had a great experience, they managed to fit me in as a walk in appointment and Man did a wonderful job of bringing my idea of whale shark inspired nails to life. The experience was brilliant the whole time and the nails have turned out exactly as I was hoping. I couldn’t recommend enough

There was some confusion initially about the service I was having done. I had booked a take off and full new set but the first artist started the process for infills. It turned out he was new and didn't know the difference. This wouldn't have been an issue but it meant I was there for a long time whilst he drilled the polish off instead of just cutting the nails. Eventually someone else stepped in and started the actual process but I did feel a little uneasy that someone who clearly needed guidance had been left unattended attempting a service he'd clearly never done before. I would have been happy for him to learn but it would have been nice to have been informed that he was learning and I would expect another artist to offer guidance and assistance.
The free coffee was a nice touch and the final nails themselves were sturdy and have lasted well so I have no complaints there.
I did find being asked to post a good review whilst the artist watched, at the end of the appointment, very uncomfortable.

Had my nails done here for the second time (done by Polly both times) and I am honestly in love! Such a lovely salon, decor is lovely and all the staff are lovely and so helpful.
Polly is also lovely and checked throughout I was happy with how they looked.

Been here to get my nails done a few times now, absolutely love this place. Have them done by Tim every time, never disappoints me!! Always makes them better than the picture I show him!! Sometimes even modifies the design according to my preference. All the other staff are also nice and sweet, all so welcoming. Deffo coming here to get my nails done every time.

I'm so happy with my nails, when I showed them the photo of what I wanted they did exactly what was in it. He kept checking through out the service that I was happy with them and that just make my whole experience better knowing they were considering how I felt about them

Came in to do my nails (for the first time ever lol) for graduation and it came out so well!!! I came in for nail extensions with gel polish. I was a bit chaotic because I didn't know what to expect but they were patient and made it work with some inspiration I had. I loved that they were able to add the graduation hat as well. I do wish I had some guidance for colour choices as I had no idea what to expect and what colours would look good for my skin tone but then again that seems like a me issue and not on them lol. The price was also fairly reasonable I thought- £45 for full sets & nail art on 2 fingers. Overall 10/10! I loved it! Thank you so much💕
