I joined the Level 2 Skin Care course in September and I truly enjoyed every class with Carol. She is a great tutor, gave us a lot of information and practical tips how to be the best facialist:-) Thank you very much:-)

On the technical note, the AC in our classroom was not that great, either too warm or too cold, which could be better.

I have just recently finished my level 2 facial skincare and massage course at LSBM. I can happily say that the experience has been amazing with Carol (my teacher) she is very knowledgeable and helpful as well as engaging and very supportive . This 6 week program was full of interesting and impactful information that I thank Carol for sharing as you can tell she has a passion for the subject. It was a very good way of kick starting my career in the beauty industry.

The therapist I had was absolutly brilliant. So gentle and knowledgeable and she explained all of the steps. At the end, there was no selling, she just recommended one product my skin could benefit from. Would 100% recommend the beauty school

PLEASE AVOID!
I left my necklace there when I came in as a model for a facial. I sent emails and called, but they took a long time to respond and said they hadn’t found it yet (which, okay, I understand). After a while, I finally received an email saying they had found it and that I could come to pick it up. I didn’t see this email for a week, but as soon as I saw it, I called to ask if I could come directly to collect it, and they said that was fine.

However, when I arrived, Sana (who was very rude and sarcastic) said, “Oh, you didn’t reply to our email for weeksss, so the teacher got rid of it.” Seriously? There was no option to even speak with the teacher or ask about it. This was jewelry, not just a piece of paper to “get rid of.” I also work with clients and keep their belongings for over six months if needed—and never just throw things away.

It makes no sense. They’re so lovely when they want your money, but please don’t be fooled, because when you need them, this is the kind of experience you get.
P.S.: I only came as a model because I was genuinely interested in their Facial Levels course, but now I’m completely disappointed—especially since the person I was dealing with was actually the manager!

Now they’re ignoring both my calls and the intercom. 🙂
