Our stay at Longmead Cottage was great. The hosts are wonderful, very wam and personable, also very easy going. |We stayed 2 nights as we were in the area for a wedding. The location is fantastic, very close to the seafront, it's very quiet yet a short drive away from bigger towns. |Communication with Clare was very easy, we were able to reach her by phone and by email beforehand. Check-in was flexible, as we were very late due to traffic on the road.|The breakfast was cooked to order with plenty of options from muesli, fresh fruit, juice, coffee and tea, as well as cooked breakfast with anything you'd desire. |The room was located on the ground floor and so was the bathroom (private) and the dining area. |The room itself was neat and clean, had a comfortable double bed, feather bedding, extra pillows. There were blackout curtains in the room, a small TV, a kettle and bits to make your own hot drinks in the room. |We would definitely recommend and come back again 🙂

Our stay at Longmead cottage was fantastic, Clare and Mark were excellent hosts. We stayed in the en-suite room, it was wonderfully comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast each morning was delicious, really can’t fault it, such a beautiful place.

As guests at a wedding at Studland Bay house it was a the perfect location within easy walking distance. Also the perfect location for exploring the local area and just a stones throw from the beach.

My partner and I stayed in the ensuite room at Longmead cottage in June whilst we were in Studland Bay for a wedding. Clare was very quick to respond to our enquiry over email and was a lovely host over the whole weekend. The bedroom was great - lots of natural light, SUCH a comfy bed, wardrobe space etc. Everything was spotlessly clean. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful and Clare cooked us up whatever we fancied at the time which was great. Location very good - super near the beach and The Pig (great spot for dinner). Would definitely recommend this B&B !

Charming, family run B&B. A real hidden gem. It’s clean, very nicely decorated, the breakfasts are delicious too. Gorgeous garden and wave cut hedge at the front. Access and parking were very easy too. Everything’s been thought about in a way I’ve not often experienced at a B&B.
A couple minutes walk from a wonderful viewpoint with cafe, beach, local shop, pubs, bus stop and coastal footpaths.
We found it extremely relaxing and could have happily stayed longer. We’re already making plans to come back.

Absolutely loved our stay at Longmead. Claire looked after us amazingly and we had a cosy room with delicious breakfast and heavenly fresh cut flowers from her beautiful garden. The homemade granola was my favourite! Highly recommended for a stay a stones throw from the beach and lovely walk (or run!) to Harry’s Rocks

My partner and I had a wonderful stay here over the Easter bank holiday. I hadn't realised how close the house was to the beach, just a few minutes stroll and you're on a quiet and sandy beach, equipped with cafe and toilet facilities. The house itself was delightful, everything spotless and beautifully presented. The breakfasts were incredible and delicious and set us up very well for the day. Clare and Mark had lots of recommendations for us for things to do, and we had a nice dinner at The Pig one evening which was just a few minutes walk away. Lots of walks and activities within reach and we'd love to come and stay again.

The cottage is lovely, beautifully appointed with everything you could wish for for an enjoyable break. Clare and Mark made us feel very welcome, our ground floor room overlooked Clare's lovely cottage garden and it is all just a stone's throw from Studland's lovely beaches. We ate fantastic breakfasts beautifully served in the dining room, and had use of a fridge for our own items. All in all we couldn't have wished for better, we have delayed writing a review in case everyone else rushes to stay and prevents us from make another booking!

My girlfriend and I were well accommodated for and highly enjoyed our two night stay! Grace, Clare, and Mark were very welcoming upon arrival and made us a full English breakfast on our second morning and the air b and b. Highly recommend this air b and b; would go as far to say it was the nicest I’ve ever stayed in! Will most definitely visit again.||||||Also, in and around the area itself there is a lot to do and visit! The beach and the Pig were two spots I recommend going to, especially on the sunnier days!||||Thanks for a great stay!
