Honestly the best spa we have been to, clean and tidy, smells amazing! the staff and therapist were the loveliest people, so friendly and always checking we were okay. The treatments were amazing definitely worth the money! We will definitely be back.

This is the most amazing place!
I’ve been three times now over 2/3 years.
The staff are very friendly, professional and highly trained. The best massage I have had anywhere! I don’t relax easily but here I start falling asleep. The same for my sister who used to be a beauty therapist.
The facilities are spotless and the food is light and delicious. There’s an outdoor pool so that’s more seasonal, but a private and lovely sauna, jacuzzi and steam room. Great relaxation room and dining lounge in between. Can’t recommend this spa enough. Go on, spoil yourself!

My friend and I went to Lorrens today for a day-spa and I think it was probably the best one I have ever had. The spa therapists and treatments were exceptional and the facilities were lovely and relaxing. The staff really go above and beyond to make sure you have a wonderful relaxing day and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Very welcoming family business. I went there with a group of friends to have a spa weekend and we loved it. Everyone is very lovely and treated us very well. The place has a beautiful decoration and it is very well kept, clean and spacious. The beds are super comfy. I slept very well during my stay, better than in my own home!
One downside was that the steam room didn't work during the 1st day and the 2nd day it wasn't hot enough compared to others I have visited.
All treatments, specially the massages were great, except the foot massage which was just fine but too soft for my liking and for what I am used to. It felt like a feather touching me rather than a hand. I think this has to do with the fact that the girl who did my massage was just a young 18-19 years old girl, very careful about what she was doing but lacking experience.
I recommend visiting for ladies looking for a private homely place where to relax, enjoy each other company and pamper themselves in a women only environment.

A group of eight of us visited last Saturday as part of my daughters hen weekend. We were welcomed by Suzanne, served coffee & given a tour, then all given the times for our treatments. We were then left to use all the lovely facilities. Everything was impeccably clean & very tastefully decorated. Had a lovely lunch & the treatments were everything we were expecting. The beauty therapists were very polite and friendly. All in all a lovely day.
We definitely plan to return at some stage.

I loved my spa experience today, we started off our day in the jacuzzi, then steam room, sauna, the outdoor pool and lastly in the relaxation room, the layout for all these rooms were beautiful and I felt totally relaxed! We then had our treatment, my back massage and facial was fantastic, my skin felt so soft after and the massage was fab. We then finished the day with lunch which was enjoyable and a nice way to end the day. I would highly recommend visiting, I will definitely be back, all the staff were also so welcoming and accommodating, 5*
